WHY People Are FREAKING Out About Adam Driver, Tekashi 6ix9ine's Controversial Sentence, & More Henry Blackwell-Rodriquez: She needs charges so she and others can be held responsible for faking and wasting officers times. Im also with Donald Driver. His military experience may have added to his anxiety, but whatever the reason, NPR violated his wishes and they are definitely in the wrong. Good for him for not taking that crap. The voting process is pretty fragile, but if a person wants to vote, they can sometimes show up to their local polling place and update their info on the date if need be, but keeping current is everyones responsibility. I think they should purge the list every year and make people re-register so we dont get fraudulent voter records like 90 year olds or deceased members voting when they arent able to. Good for Ariana Grande for getting involved.

bro shes a minor. her boyfriend is a pedophile. technically she was kidnapped by a pedophile. .. that dude should get the book thrown at him. She can get charged with whatever it is for faking a crime but that boyfriend is a gangbanging pedophile WHAT that dude aint never seein the light of day. Tekashi69. he's already a dead man. the moment he step out of prison, the moment he thinks its okay to not have body guards around him or tries to slip government surveillance he's dead, he is a dead man walking, Steven Segal style Marked for death, next topic. Voter Fraud isnt anything new, why not take the politicians who commit voter fraud to court, hit them with whatever you can get, start to build a deterrent that will start to scare politicians into not wanting to do this because no body wants to go to prison.

I feel like the kidnapped girl needs counseling more than anything. What she did was absolutely horrible but at the same time she was in a relationship with a 23 year old and for all we know he could have been grooming her. She should be punished but her punishment should be more along the lines of a grounding. No phone access, being heavily monitored, maybe even sent to a special school for problematic teens, etc etc. Heck even throw in some community service. At the end of the day teens are still children and are more emotionally driven than anything else. Unless they do something absolutely inexcusable, like for example murder or any other sort of permanent harm attempted or otherwise, they should be given the chance to better themselves and not charged with jail time.

I believe that the daughter and her boyfriend should be charged. The boyfriend is over 18 and is clearly old enough to know the consequences of what he is doing. The daughter should be charged as a minor because she has gone well beyond acceptable behaviour at that age which has caused a waste of resources of the police department, her maturity to plan such actions demonstrates that her actions were thought out extensively and she is also aware of the impact it could have. Maybe next time the police could act faster which would air the falseness of the kidnapping quicker and waste less people's time or potentially get a real case moving give it more time to investigate (as statistics show that the first 24 hours are the most important.

The electoral college is necessary to ensure a fair election within the US. The US congress and senate are meant to represent the states; NOT their constituents. The presidential election is identical. This permits and allows smaller states to have a meaningful impact without making larger states impacts moot. If you have a better system, sure, but direct democracy is not it. As an example of the electoral college working; swing states, that is states that have a chance of flipping either side of the aisle, get campaigned in instead of just the population centers. If it were a simple direct democracy politicians would only campaign in California, New York, and Texas (or some variant.

I don't understand the problem. I live in a much less developed country with a much higher illiteracy and poverty rate than the US and we have voter ID and 2 registration weekends at the same place where voting will happen to ensure you are on the roll. It is also possible to register outside these two weekends, but that takes a trip to a Electoral Commission office. We also use paper ballots. Every time I see these issues with American voting system I wonder why if we can do it, why can't the richest country in the world? And it is not a right vs left issue. It is you all are being a dumbass issue.

Another important thing to remember for voting is _DO NOT VOTE STRAIGHT PARTY TICKET. _ Select each individual candidate for each race and _DOUBLE CHECK_ your selections before casting your ballot. In the 2018 midterms in Texas there were several instances of machines in the biggest counties switching straight party Democratic ballots from Beto to Cruz in the Senate race, and it's likely why Beto lost by such a slim margin. It wasn't covered on the local news except for one single story and _that's it. _Never trust the voting machines. VOTE CAREFULLY.

Please let Adam Driver develop, he is the Robert De Niro of this generation. He amazes me in all his performances. Oh I'll probably get the run around about registering to vote. Last time ( A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away ) the registration board ran me from the county seat, the the southern end of the county. To find out I was supposed to go to the Northern end of the county. Guess they didn't think I could afford gas. ( expletive deleted. They knew who, where, what, everything to send me to the right place. But chose not to.

I support Adam Driver, from my limited business promotion, watching your own material is incredibly hypersensitive situation, and thats without Driver having no control of editing. Yes, if Adam said in the past he didnt want to be subjected to his own clips, then yes, he should have walked out after that violation. Episode ix is dropping this week, certainly hes under incredible stress. I happen to be boycotting Starwars for continuity and cannon but I want to respect the artistic effects of all the actors involved.

I 100% do not think Adam is in the wrong here, but I do think it's insane that people are addressing his avoidance as self care. There is no world where avoiding things makes you become better. Again; adore Adam driver and think the woman is a bit of a hoe for putting him in a situation he isn't comfortable with, but I'm so sick of people giving terrible mental health advice and then acting as though they're some sort of savior. idk, just really grinds my gears more than the original argument. q
