DISGUSTING Youtube Mom EXPOSED, Youtube's First Amendment Win, & Confusing Coronavirus Updates Dylan: I was hit as a child for many years, my parents were both of a military background which lead me to a military profession. I have now served 8 years, went to war twice and loved every minute of it, and I attribute all that to my parents and the way they disciplined me. Parents are becoming softer, and yes while talking to the child may work 80% of that time, there are moments in these kids lives where words will not get through, I have spanked my child on very few moments and then talked to him face to face about why I had to. So that he knows that if you do this bad thing, or this dumb thing that could have gotten him hurt much more, then he'll know not to do it again. Spanking your child isn't the villain, but why you do it that is, inform your child and get on his level or why it happened and they'll remember and be smarter with that experience.

Does PragerU realize that their lawsuit basically argued for the same points Karl Marx made in Das Kapital? When he introduced communism in that book, he argued that capitalism would mature to the point where companies had equivalent influence on public life as the state, and would therefore become indistinguishable from the state. PragerU is agreeing right down the line with him and signing on to the communist ideology it sounds like. Give them a couple years and maybe they'll decide the workers should own the means of production or something Marxist like that. The problem with the 1918 Spanish Flu was WHO it killed. Unlike with COVID-19, the 1918 flu was most lethal to young, healthy people, sparing most elderly patients (its theorized they had been exposed to a similar enough strain previously but no one is 100% sure. COVID-19 is more typical, with young healthy people recovering and elderly and immunocompromised people being most likely to die. Expect more and more diseases like this to be bigger and bigger problems in the coming decades. That's just math. Boomers are getting older and older, and they are the largest segment of the population. A big epidemic WILL wipe out a large number of people, and it will be mostly Boomers. You can pretty much bank on that.

We didn't know for sure if our prefecture would close schools or not until the last class of the day And it's not just spring break in Japan It's the end of the school year. I'm upset because today was a surprise last day for me to see some of my students who are graduating or moving to new schools in April and for them to see their friends. Also, I'm coming back to America this summer and I hadn't gotten the chance to tell them. I've worked here for 3 years and have grown attached to these kids. I wanted to do it around the same time they found out which of their teachers were transferring schools (this happens every year to give teachers more experience, but I was robbed of that chance. The PM's announcement should've come AFTER discussing it with the board of educations across Japan because no one knew what to do. It's been a whirlwind this past 24 hrs.

I was spanked, but my parents were VERY reasonable. It kinda went like this: If I was too young (like under 5 or 6, they wouldnt, If I was too old (over 12 or so) they wouldntThere was usually 5-6 tries with the SAME THING before they would spankThey would talk with me, and try every other form of punishment (writing an apology letter, doing chores, being grounded, having tv taken away, having some toys taken away, or just being talked to for like a half hour) before a spanking. My parents never used anything like a belt, and they never hit more than once, and they never did it in public. I think the way they did it was okay, and anything less than all the steps they took would be too much. I havent determined if Im going to spank my child or not yet, I think it really depends on the child as well as the way its done.

As a child who was abused literally only a couple months after birth until I was 18 (Thanks judge) I can positively tell ya the kid will never lover her mother and any 'respect' she gives is forced out of fear. Also my moms a nurse, although yes they are trying to prepare for coronavirus there isn't many labs at the moment that can actually test for it. Her hospital sends out result and it takes 2 weeks to get them back, they also test for the flu which comes back quicker. Most of the time it's just the flu but an enormous amount of people have died just from the flu between 2019-2020. Staff who are suspected to have even come in contact with the coronavirus aren't allowed to work until their results come back. A lot of media is blowing it up but they don't blow up like this over the flu.

You never have to hit your child. It is a choice. If I have things I want my child to leave alone, I put them out of his reach. I use childproof locks on cabinets. I have a childproof doorknob on the bathroom. It's for his safety and to keep him from playing with things that are not toys. I redirect by engaging with him and his toys. Likely that little girl saw her mommy loving makeup and wanted to play with the object she loved so much because mommy loves it. Now you took an opportunity to share a love with her and turned it into scaring her. You could have just as easily put it out of her reach and brought out some paint and paper so she could make art, since she obviously enjoys playing with color. Idk what this mom thought she would gain by posting this video.

Hitting a two year old is bs. They don't learn from that it just hurts them Omg and if that makeup was soooo important why not have it put up. Two year olds don't have the ability to get into your stuff if you are watching them. I hope she gets investigated. I am usually very quiet around people but I once very nearly smacked my childs relative when he purposely put her hand on his hot coffee mug to teach her it was hot. She was 15 months old Needless to say she never spent time with him alone and hardly saw him besides holiday family functions. That is not ok. I don't know what is going on in this world anymore, there have been too many missing children lately with moms that won't talk. That woman needs to be watched. Crazy head

Ok first Phil that quiet time is clearly play by yourself time. Second there is nothing wrong with a spanking. However, it shouldnt be the go to. Like prison it should be the last resort. There are other steps when you do things wrong as an adult (community service, probation) for a child discipline should be no different but with more leeway for a being that doesnt understand repercussions which is a parents job to teach. This chick is dead wrong. If this is the second time then youre the one not watching your child or putting things away. Also at 2 my child knew to not touch my things without asking and I taught her by reinforcing respect by asking can I touch her favorite toys, etc. Worse is videoing your ignorance.

Being a kid who was beat, I remember being so scared to touch something of my parents' that looked cool because they might notice I touched it and they would beat me. I was scared of not doing chores properly because they would beat me. I was afraid of being in the living room because they got mad for whatever I did and they beat me. I was afraid of being in my room cuz they would get mad and beat me. Whether I was taking a shower, putting my clothes on or trying to sleep, they would get mad at whatever I had done and spanked me with wire hangers, belts, wires, whatever they would find to teach me a lesson. All beating, spanking, or popping does is breed fear in a child. Don't do it
