It is interesting how so many seem to hold so much resentment for the British rise to power. But as such, it was nothing that had not been going on everywhere throughout the entire history of the world, and still continues to this day. Just look at China. How is their ascendance to dominance any different? They now rival the footprint of the old British empire with a very strong Global presence. Sometimes in the name of trade, sometimes through raw force. The more things change the more they stay the same.

Contrary to what this video says, England was weak due to being an island and the navy only came good by about 1700 at best. From 800 to about 1300 it was constantly raided and blackmailed by vikings and of course there is 1066. But England always thought of itself as master of the seas, eventually that dream came true.

Gone are the glory days of the Great British Empire. Now defunct, and replaced with a shallow population being invaded by Muslims, Africans, and Indians; with surging knife crime and rape statistics. Oh what a shame.

I chose half Canadian with British empire line, for father. I included lots of Canada culture and didn't find anything for this. I added it think it is better and more confident. I hope it works out.
