It's hard for me to decide who the greatest Ottoman emperor was out of Suleiman and Mehmed. Suleiman expanded the empire to its greatest height, into Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and even Subsaharan Africa, but Mehmed was the one who toppled the Roman Empire!
