I'm so introverted that dating an extrovert is going to be a potential point of failure (most likely the extrovert will be the one to dump me. I'm going to give y'all some advice having lived with extroverts all my life, and be practical and not romanticize polar opposites here. If you're introverted, and you're dating an extrovert, and if you don't go out, to social events, plans, events, keep up with their calendar, etc (and you're just at home, gaming, drawing, creating, watching anime. They're going to feel neglected and unloved, and they're going to have to over-compensate by finding circles outside the relationship, because you aren't fully meeting that need. And you are going to feel resentful, trapped, drained, for going along with plans if you have no desire to do so, or if you partner isn't the type to give you space. Try to see these lifestyles as a love languages, the two of you are speaking different languages. It's going to take a lot of emotional maturity, boundaries, and compromising your inherent nature. When an introvert dates an introvert, the time they spend alone is time spent together, it's an almost effortless connection. Same goes for extroverts if they date someone just as outgoing and extroverted. Irreconcilable differences, are a potential long term source of conflict, and you should assess these things thoroughly. Same goes for difference in values and goals, like marriage, having kids.

I am a super introvert. I even have a problem with initiating conversations with random people online. I still love my ex-gf, both of us were trying to get life started and nothing where working out. Being stuck in a long distance relationship and also a pandemic made evererythign just burn out. Sure, I am a very flexible and patient guy, but she was not and we mutualy ended out relationship. Life sure is ful of trails and tribulations. For the rest of you, may the light from the crystal forever light your path.

I need an advice, you see there is an introvert guy that likes me, I kinda like him too, but I'm confused and I'm not sure about dating him.
We are in the same group at breaktime but we almost never talk to each other. I don't know him really well but I want to. Sadly he won't open to me or talk directly, he only tries sitting next to me or touching my hand. My questions are this: What shouId I do? Should I go in a relationship and know him better after? Or how do I know him better? :(

I'm an introvert, & I never had this much attraction towards any boy, no matter how handsome he is, but i never liked someone. But now, this is the first time in my life, I've liked this guy so much, I never thought that i would ever fall in love with someone, but he just stole my heart, & now I don't know what should I do now. He just stuck in my mind 24/7, I just can't forget him. & I'm too afraid to ask him out, and now I have no idea what to do?

I disagree with so many of these tips. Like having the difficult conversations right from the beginning, and not dating someone that might be incompatible. At first you dont really know. Ive been married for decades now, but if she had pulled that kind of thing early on, I would have run!

tbh i think im in the mix of being a extrovert and a introvent so this is helpful and its not
but main problem is that i cant find someone whos intrested a serious relationship so the either leave in a few days or a week
so i feel like i should just take a break

The worst thing is when you as an Introvert go beyond your comfort zone - and still are Single after several years.
I - an Introvert - decided with 22 to just go for it. In all these years I have only been rejected by women. I am 31 bow. Never had a hug or a kiss.

As an introvert it seems to me that there are a lot of people who don't stop being loud and need to talk like there is no tomorrow without anything meaningful being said. Those kind of people don't satisfy me and now I am almost 4 Years single.

Um. I don't. date. I haven't dated since before 2014. If someone really liked me, along my little road, journeys and travels, they would have said so by now. I'm ok with being alone. if no one gets hurt, then being alone is good.
