I really don't get it. I'm a really lonely person and I don't feel comfortable when I'm with someone else. well let's say that I start to panic and I start to do weird things like laughing when I really don't want to and maybe it's not the right time to do it, or I feel the urge to cry, or I repeat my words when I say a sentence (like I start to say last day I did this thing and I can't even finish my sentence because I start to say last day I and I keep repeating last day. last day I did. last day. I mean, as I was saying last day. and this goes on until I shut up myself. It's like I can't even remember what I wanted to say. How can this (staying with friends) help me against anxiety if I can't even speak with them properly?

Oook, i have just listened some death note osts then i have listened Solitude trying to understand the meaning of the song and trying to understand what Light could have feeled while he was dying, and then i thought that I'm not that different, I'm bottling my emotions and i don't talk about important things with anybody more, then there's no one that match me in my thoughts
I don't know if it was just a good allarm in my head or if it was something that just suck energy from me.

I don't agree about the happy music advice. When I'm sad or anxious, happy or/and calm music only makes me more irritated or even angry. Moody music can calm me down in those moments, 'cause it gives the illusion that someone out there knows what I'm feeling and even was able to convert those feelings into sound.

Ive been stuck on my phone and computer, being less social, and have been listening to moody music thats been making me so anxious over the years.
But now that Ive watched this video, I think its time that Id go back into the outside world!

The information was great but the animations were very scary. I like your other cartoon drawings but this one I couldn't even watch properly. But I'm an HSP as well so maybe it's just me.

listening to happy music if you're down doesn't help at all. in fact it supresses feelings. Let it out, hear as much sad music as you like, as long as you are really sad. Crying does help too

This explains my personality. I do everything on the list except drinking coffee. It's gonna be difficult to change these habits though, but eventually I'll change this for the better.

Ive been awake for 34 hours. I rarely ever eat because Im rarely ever hungry also I just forget that eating food exists. Dont spend too much time alone? Ha! Quarantine says otherwise.

Everything he said is wht I do in a day I get 5 hours or less and when I'm sad I listen to sad songs and I'm always on my phone and I'm 10 which is worse

I use sad music to help me express my sadness and despair, as most of the time, it's the only time I can cry. Otherwise, I just can't get it out.
