Well. it's confirmed. I'm a mentally strong person. I'm glad that I am. I wish people who struggle with that can learn how to be more strong. I can't imagine going through some things if I weren't that strong. It helped me fight every moment of weaknesses. Along with being honest to myself and others and being able to admit to some things to other people instead of bragging about something and not being honest.
Take those 10 signs as a tips of what you should do more and pay attention to. I guarantee that you will feel better.

Well, I think if anyone were to swap bodies with me they would scream until their throat was raw from the pain of even simple movements, but I've lived with it so long I barely notice half the time, so I'd say I am stranger than most!
(and yeah I had an inflamed gall bladder and didn't notice because the pain was about the same as my usual level of pain, and I was told that it is considered worse pain than childbirth)

I had a lot of addictions, fears misunderstandings, and psychic problems in my life. But nothing from it exists anymore. Every fear, every addiction and psychic problem is solved. I worked hard on myself. But what really changed me was God's love. I started to love people and am keep changing if I make mistakes and have misunderstandings. Nowadays I'm happy and know that I'm very strong. But there is still a lot to learn

I've watched a lot of these videos. From what I've seen. I'm mentally healthy, strong, and resilient. Feels nice to confirm it, though it feels like I've known it for a while. I've grown a lot, this past year. I do have more work to do. Maybe not overshare to the rest of the world.
Maybe I could find a way to help the people around me, as well.

I can only cry when I'm in physical pain but when it's mental I usually just sit and watch often times hurting myself to relieve mental stress and shift focus
I also had a dream where I got shot in the chest and was happy?
Yeah I'm not mentally strong.

I feel like the first two minutes of this video was basically saying to listen to Iridescent by Linkin Park, the sadness and frustration and let it go
life is beautiful, and difficult, you should change perspectives often to see new ways to color your world, and color your mind

reply

I have 7 out of 10 of these.
1) I don't cry because I just don't (it's annoying to cry for me)
2) I'm very controlling because I'm very logical. I don't see that as something wrong with me though.
3) I'm not recognized as kind nor do I care to.

hello psyche2go
thank you for posting such videos
I can relate to the point of
helping others and showing kindness
but it often end up with exhausted mood because of the inability to say NO
because of the fear of hurting them

When you feel like giving up, think about what your future self will think. You'll think that if you kept going you would've achieved it by now so why give up in the first place? That's what I like to think so I hope it helps others too
reply

Oh my gawd, I just realized that my psychologist has been telling me to do somethings like practicing gratitude or letting my emotions flow aand I just realized she wants me to be mentally stronger (thing that I'm not now )

I noticed this: life is a cross country race, not a sprint. It is a grand adventure and journey, in which we can choose where it ends. Its not short. If something happens, how long will it take is to get back up again?
reply

For gratitude, you should never ignore the bad things and focus on the good. You have to emotionally deal with the bad things going on in your life and pushing them to the side like that is not healthy.
reply

I am mentally strong. However I don't spend money correctly and this is because I am a young teen. 14 years old. I don't need to. Otherwise than that, I have every other personality trait.
reply

One strong mind is a mind which thinks a lot. The more we think the more we understand and the more we can control our brain. We can learn from mistakes and see what we really need.
reply

What does it mean when you have obtained true inner peace and see things from other peoples perspective and let go of things. I believe that is what makes you truly strong
