I hate that it became trendy to be insecure. Theres a difference in having insecurities vs being insecure as a persona.
Insecurity is very very toxic - it forces you to focus on yourself negatively and often hurts you and others because insecure people project a lot, be it anger, clingy-sadness, bringing everyone down and self-victimizing.
No one worth a second of your time cares about your insecurities. So what you're not conventionally attractive? Oh no you're overweight or have a crappy car?
At the end of the day its just you trying to live up to a standard that may not even suit you.
Be what you consider your best self, but enjoy who you are getting there too.
Everyone's being sad over getting a date whilst the people focused on things outside themselves. are getting dates lol.
Confidence is not being without insecurities, its about accepting that there's a whole world round you, rather than the world only focusing on you.
Bruh we dont even know most each other on this planet; aint no one worth a damn ruminating on your flaws when everyone got better shit to do.

I have like all of these traits except kindness and now that i think about for the past like 4 years i have been non stop thinking about ending communism in china and it has made me upset and im not going to get political but if anybody else who hates communism what are your thoughts and how do you prevent it from damaging your mental health?

Great list as always. I would add this one to the list: being a non judgemental person this will make feel safe the people around you and that's a keeper for sure. Maybe it's a combination of confidence, intelligence and kindness though
