This was also my first time somebody abused my trust or at least the first time somebody that I cared so much about and that was so close to me. So I was very naive to trust him, my biggest lesson will be not to trust people so easy, even though I always thought I don't trust people easily but I guess I have to be even more careful and watch out for early signs.

I think one of my bff is manipulating me, cuz, she takes all of my things at school without asking, (My computer mouse, my earbuds, my sparkly pens, my designed pencils, and she takes my phone and plays on it all day, until I stopped bringing it cuz she cracked the screen so bad so I started hiding it) And she got mad at me for deleting a texting game on my phone, and SHE HAS HER OWN PHONE! She also doesn't let me talk to my other friends, (Like interupts me when I'm talking to them, and makes up games with only them and not me when I play with them at lunch. Also she makes me sit at the end when we r eating lunch so I sit there and do nothing while she brings all my friends attention to her. (REMEMBER SHE DOES THIS EVERYDAY) Also she got mad at me for saying that Mommy says I'm not allowed to share my phone and she said well I let you take my phone and I'm not allowed sharing it. and then she stopped talking to me for a bit. (She gives me her phone when her screen time is up so I can't do anything on it)

Aloofness, whether working minimally on a relationship or not giving you attention, is not a sign of being used. It is a sign of attachment disorder. I understand that you are trying to paint the overall image of a user, but you did call this signs, and that will prejudice anyone watching this. They will see aloofness as a sign of a user without any actual behavior of using. So it ends up abusing anyone with ADHD, ASD or any number of other disorders or unassociated traits.
You could leave out any references to aloof traits and still have a valid list of identifiers, any one of which (except the boundary issues one, which is the same issue) is a pretty good sign of a user. But aloofness is not a trait unique to users and not at all a good sign of a user, as it is one of the least likely things the person will be.

Hello. I need your advice. If its alright. See I have this friend that and she kept on asking help from me by giving her money for the past few weeks. In my POV, I notice that everytime she would message me first, she would ask for money and vice versa. I also notice that she doesnt fall through the plans that we made. Like she said that if ever I would give her the money we would finally watch the movie that we've been waiting for online but then when I gave it to her, biglang she wants to watch by herself na lang. From that point, I was done and I told her how I felt about this then suddenly shes the one who got mad and we got into an arguement. Since then we never talked after that. My question is did I do the right thing and am I better off without her? I really need to know another opinion.

She exactly knows what shes doing. Because a true friend wouldnt use that character that looks like yours. Also she always ignores me. My friend moved in with me and dont want to pay on the rent he disrespect me In my own house insulting everything about me I stuck my neck out for this man cause he had no where to go he eat my food sleep in one of my beds I told him he has to go he threatened me I owed him $15 and we settled cause I did him a favor now that I told him get out he said he dont care and said give him $20 he is terrible so toxic threatened to get violent with me but he is totally in the wrong I'm giving him his $20 tomorrow and then I'm saying goodbye forever this guy have the nerve to tell me I'm wrong no I want my peace of mind.

My mom ended up marrying a man soon after she met him (before being with my dad, he was a sweet and charming guy but I think after they got married he started to show who he really was and I think even admitted to acting nice so he could win her over or something like that. He was mentally abusive and my mom didnt divorce him until I believe 6 years of being in that shitty relationship

I was just recently broken up with by a girl who manipulated me into thinking EVERYTHING was my fault and making me seem AWFUL for the mistakes that i made, took accountability for, and did what I could to make them up to her. I told friends about the relationship, in which she called me manipulative constantly, and every one of them, even friends her and I shared, said she was being manipulative and I can relate all 10 of these things to specific examples of things she did.

I'm trying to write a character that knows many forms of manipulation and tries to avoid it themselves. But unknowingly, they are starting to become manipulative themselves.
They don't realize it because he sees it as normal. He feels overjoyed when he's acknowledged for accomplishing things. The personality he has clashes with manipulation in a way but I need that as it's part of his character arc.

This is why my family is not around at all. This is why there are very few people around. This is a high percentage of people. If you follow your gut feeling it will let you know. Listen to it. These people are everywhere. They are users. I don't people like this around me. I learned the hard way. I never forgot the lesson

Sounds like my language tutor, shes always having the excuse whenever i stop the lesson she'd say you'll forget the language you'll fall behind others yada yada. that kind of intimidation. + she talks about other students wrongdoings and sometimes spell out their name. thats a big red flag

I concern this to be sad fact: The one who uses friend is the one whom will be used by other person also since being friend somehow needs to have some similarity in common. Then, their society don't have any trust or sincerity.
