What does it mean to be emotionally weak? Emotional weakness is not being able to regulate or express your emotions in a healthy, well-balanced way. It isnt anyones fault, nor is it something to be ashamed of if you feel you have not reached a certain level of emotional strength. It is a process requiring patience! To help you become more self-aware, here are 7 habits that make you emotionally weak

1: it's a 50-50, like 99% of the time I believe in myself but when it comes to job, I don't. I left my dream although I would still easily be able do it if I get a half time job. The 1% are very important things in my life which makes it as important as other 99% combined so that's why 50-50.
2: Yeah I struggled to take care of myself before but now I don't.
3: 99% of the time I can control it but when I see an injustice, I turn into a psychopath serial life ender. If I don't do anything instead of defending the victim I feel terrible so terrible that I wanna end it all. So In this area going with my heart helped me more than logic.
4: Very rare.
5: 50-50, randomness in life and luck, I don't like life because of two reasons. But accepting that helped me empathize with others and help others.
6: Yes, I plan everything. Sadness comes from when life becomes random and my plan fail. So this is where I don't trust myself so what I do is plan based on randomness of life. For example being independent without harming others.
7: I used to be like that when I was a kid now Im extremely assertive, I even go to opposite area amd challenge crowds.

Faith in oneself was mentioned here. Its important but I feel that faith has to be backed by reason based on logical sense is intangible and may not be seen by others. Think of it as personal intellectual property. This will bring faith through confidence that some form of probability is on your side. It's just that no one else around sees it. I can go and on. But I'm coming up with a critical thinking syllabus containing such aspects. I take a host of aspects from psychology, philosophy, theology, mathematics and statistics and combine them into specific rules and principles one can go back to when faced with situations in life. Especially the situation of being oneself. but anyway my point for now is logic based faith as it will prevent you from having faith in yourself were you should indeed be learning so that what you've have learnt will bring faith. thank you

I am not able to express myself even to my wife, many times I don't want to do certain things but instead of opposing it and then getting into argument, I succumb to it and do things unopposed.
Now even agreeing to things is also an issue but it's very hard to express what goes in my mind when I have the urge to say no but I don't do, or when I have urge to say yes it was a bad day to you but it wasn't that great for me either please don't take out that stress on me.
If I take any strong step then it will upset people and they will leave.

i LOVEEEEEEEEEED this video somuch, and it made me think more into thought about how i put myself in certain situations without noticing. With the everything happens for a reason part, i always overthink and i always have some type of thought in the back of my mind saying something caused this to happen, or i would just blame myself for it. Right now, im working on removing those thoughts from my mind, think more positively and let life go the way it is. (if you believe in God, god always shows you things but you have to recognize it.

Sometimes being nice gets to the point where you start to resent others. Don't be so nice that others start to take advantage of your niceness and use your good nature against you. Don't say yes so often that people start asking too much of you. Set healthy boundaries.

Wow, the first one makes me realize that certainty is so much more important to us than success that we will rather fail so that we will be certain to be right that we are not smart enough or talented enough to keep trying.
