If someone is gifted and experienced trauma in life the misdiagnoses of ADHD can happen. If stimulants get errantly used, the results of negative feedback loops of false diagnosis continue. If through the maze of series of unfortunate events the individual is able to heal from the errant prescribing (PAWS) and also work through underlying trauma the results could be stronger pathways of strength and also better tools of management acquired along the way.
The lack of reimbursement of mental health and various addiction and other translational health needs
makes these sorts of negative creations out of seemingly thin air. And, if you layer on crisis and stress and group dynamics and over reach of enforcement through fear based policies fear becomes a true danger.
Health, climate and tools can help some. The individual stories as related to structural realities and the tapestry of connections within and between and among medical eco systems is workable. The larger eco systems of energy/infrastructure/etc help with these design thinking and positive feedbacks. These interactions locally and globally with supply chains and community engagement matter.
Health interoperability is not optional, but neither are rights of patients, providers, and systems. Privacy, transparency and proper oversight matter.

I think all these tips are very helpful!
But I also think that some of them are very difficult to achieve, especially tips about posture and sleep. When you are 27 y. o. it's hard for you to fix your posture. I have been trying for a long time and I still have a problem with it. And sleep issue is also not so simple because of many factors like flexible working hours, studying hours, and still having some housework to do. And you have just 24 hours a day.
But I totally agree with the positive impact of positive-thinking, walking in nature, exercising and hugging a furry friend.
Although it's hard for me to practice a positive-thinking in some periods of life, I always try to return to it.
From my experience, I have to conclude that you should find a type of exercise that will be relevant particular for you. It's yoga for me.
And of course, nothing is compere with a strong warm hug with your lovely pet.

That individual would count himself as blessed to have loving and caring family, friends and family Also, the pathways of misperception along the west which accompany change management, but also envelope situations outside of the established norm could perplex. And, the professional, caring, determined AND occupational therapy conducted with the actual real skills and integrity of the individual might amount to something worth paying attention to.
This sort of interwoven approach is very unique and not advisable as a general treatment algorithm; )
Its all workable yall. Hard to believe sometimes. Its not easy, but Im hopeful for the now and the future.

I gotta say, for you that doesnt get to have a pet, excersice, drink lots of water will make you eat and sleep better. aslo, everyone needs less or more sleep, so keep track of how much you need. Also keep in mind if you are excersising you will need more sleep to recover, but its also a winwin since you will not only sleep longer, you will sleep heavier, better and wake up happier and more energetic. if you got sore muscles from working out, drink protein and stretch. the soreness will go away after a week of training.

The condition for mental health will be not only a mental cleansing but a physical cleansing too. So the first step for mental health will be to cleanse your intestines completely by taking 1 tablespoon (= 15 ml) castor oil early in the morning on an empty stomach. In this manner all the waste deposed in your bowels together with the toxins liberated in the liver will be excreted. In my experience this one should be repeated at least every week, better every second day or daily.

If you're watching this video and feeling like you're at the end of your rope, please know that you're not alone. It's okay to reach out for help, whether that's through therapy, medication, or just talking to a friend. It can be a long and difficult journey, but there is hope and healing on the other side. Thank you to the creator for sharing their story and shedding light on this important topic.

nah i agree with point 2 cus my classmates always the admire the way i can absolutely fail quizzes after studying hard and just be like its ok, i can do better next time by studying. Just these postitve thoughts help me keep studying. Meanwhile even after getting a C+ they start freaking out like the worlds about to end
so just think posititve it will always be better in the end

I agree wih the autor of the vidio. But I use only 3 points out of 8. When I walk with my dog my mood aiways improves. It is best to walk in the park or in the forest. I always feel better when I hug my kids or my dog! I agree that there is nothing better than a sound and healthy sleep. I want to start keeping a gratitude diare and practice positive thinking.

One of em bunnies is doing badly. I cant reach her. But I sorta hope someone readin this can reach out. Plz dont get angry at her if she seems to push u away. Pushin away when in pain is a sign of dont leave. She might be scared of hurting others so she pushes others away. plz be kind to her. i am worried for her on very serious levels.

Great recommendations, but the fifth one doesn't seem very reasonable. Pets are a big responsibility and you should not advise them to get one just because of mental problems. The person who got a pet just to cheer himself up is very soon disappointed with his new responsibilities. Pets are not toys.

You know, I always felt better with my cat by my side. She's always there for me, of no one else is and it's true that pets really help dealing with your mental well-being. But I didn't think there was even a study for that. I can confirm it's true.

Going for a walk? Clearly this video producer does not! understand deep depression. Educate yourself, woman instead of going on about some thing horrendous that you know little or nothing about.

I love how they took a little longer explaining how much a hug can do for us, it means a lot if you just hug a stranger. make their day they probably needed one.

Amanda Silvera's voice is so calm and soothing that even if I don't pay attention to the video, it somehow helps me reduce the stresses that I've built.
