1- The past - Helps you to remind what you have already done to try something new.
2- The future - Overthinking the results into catastrophizing and acknowledging that you are taking the risk so you can blame yourself for your sake.
3- Haters - Haters have usually reason why they hate you because they want to like you.
4- Aging - Here & Now isn't always reliable source of knowledge giving you narrow image of yourself of where you are.
5- People's Opinions - Everyone has opinons. There is also difference in wrong and bad opinions, you need to learn distinguish them.
6- What other people are doing - Competition is good as long as it doesn't involve sabotage.
7- Your image - It is okay to pretend to be something but it is hard if you are bad at it.
8- Money - Understand what money is so you don't need to struggle for it.
9- What's outside of your control -. Can't make counter argument since the video already mentioned planning and it is worrying about them.

One time, I was like 11 and it was raining outside, there were so many deep puddles of rainwater in our lawn.
My dad told me I should go play outside in the Rain and that it would be fun.
I doubted him. I resisted a lot until I finally went outside, it was fun, this probably sounds like a fairytale for kids but my neighbor actually came out and smiled at me and my sister playing in the rain. (my dad convinced my sister to come too) I did backflips and handstands into bridges and tbh I did not disappoint. I wish I did it more now.
But thats the reason why Im watching this is to get ahold of things that really matter. The reason why I didnt wanna play in the rain was because I thought Id look awkward and weird, my dad told me to ignore and so I did
Ayo this felt kinda cheesy

My problem is coming out of the mask,
I had been social anxious and upset so often that I had masked a lot in school. After my sibling passed, I started to focus a lot on my mental health. I moved schools and started being less social active, and Im just now getting back into it. I dont know what my friends remember or what theyll be like after over a year.
I should also mention I found out Autism and ADHD run in my family and that I believe Im autistic (told by a therapist. I dont know if they know that either.
If you have a video recommendation or experience youd like to share Id really appreciate it.

The mistakes that young people often make are that (1) they crave for success and praise, that leads to (2) after certain success, they can't help admiring themselves and tend to be more arrogant and that leads to (3) suddenly they came across something they don't know but cannot lower themselves anymore, because when you put yourself on top of the hill you can't get down the hill to reach for something immediately

I think the thing that hit the most for me was the others approval because one of my friend who I knew for a long time drifted away from me and has all new friends and I spent my all energy try to get him to want to be friends again but this video made me realize that I was basing my whole existence off of if people like me and how they want me to be instead of living My life the way that makes me happy.

no offense, im genuinely looking for advice but these videos that say you shouldn't worry about this, like, ok I know that or now I learned that, but how am I supposed to cope or learn to stop worrying about such things? it doesn't just go away now that I realized it's not helping me

Neither the past, nor the future truly exist. Everything is contained within one infinite moment that contains every potential, every possibility that ever has, & ever will exist. Time is an illusion we create for ourselves in a state of perceived separation.

Money and mistakes are hard for me to overcome because when your an adult and know you don't have a safety net making mistakes is not a freedom and not an option anymore and peer pressure of what how an adult is suppose to act it's hard to get out of it.

The money aspect is very tricky and I'm struggling with it right now. You get to choose do a job that's fulfilling but pays terrible or a job that's boring but pays twice the fulfilling Job and you have more money for your free time. This is very hard

As of now, my only worry is my job stability. I don't have eligibility yet. I should pass the civil service exam in order to secure my status as a government employee. And this is my only way to stop my toxic older sister from being mean to me.

When the past has been ingrained in you, and affected you as you were growing up, so you learned things growing up that most people don't learn, it is not as easy as you say it is to let it go and stop ruminating about it.

Only thing I disagree with is image
If you have a bad image you won't have any friends and your family won't like you either, loneliness is the worst thing you can have especially later in life.
