When 2021 started, my mental health is kind of ok, after a few months, I felt really uneasy. Plus, school started again, I feel really pressured. I'm too shy to talk to my mom, cuz she's gonna say things like you're just being over dramatic or you're always like that. I would have mental breakdowns after she discipline me. I would cry for like hours. I don't wanna self diagnose myself tho

I stopped hanging out with family and friends because they were trying to pull me down into middle class normalcy. It's NOT a mental problem, it's respect for yourself, your dreams and what reality is (balance. Then, taking risks is part of the daily life of those who love adrenaline, extreme athletes want to surpass themselves and increase their skills and are NOT sick!

2: 08 I try to stay out of most events but my parents get mad about it and say things like 'You're so lazy, you rarely leave the house'. I also stay in my room a lot and they get mad about that as well. I can't tell them why I do this because they'll call it an excuse. They say I'm too young for anxiety and depression, and I don't know what stress is.

Honestly I noticed a lot of these things. I am the type to always and I mean ALWAYS GO OUT and honestly lately I just dont want to or even have people over or hang with my own family. Its honestly everyday now and I just feel super lost/ not wanting to meet more people from what I have had happen before

Fact of the matter is I don't get angry easily. The problem Is when I actually get angry. My anger can build up to cataclysmic levels, endangering me and everyone around me.
What makes it especially worse is my size(6'4 and 220lbs)

The comment section reached it's limit but I like cats. Some people say that cats will scratch and bite you, here's the thing: they only do that if you treat them like dogs. It works vice versa too

I see so what I've been going through is either depersonalization or derealization, not to mention apathy. This is hard.
