I have found that it is not always what you experience but how you think about it. I find a great joy in seeing a butterfly or hearing a bird. Even seeing a baby chameleon can make me giggle. If I get a photo of them even better. So many people miss the little joys in life.
I was waiting to get my drivers license not a thrilling activity but a mom came in with child around a year old. He woke up in great mood. His smile alone made my day.
You may have to look closely but you can find happy things around you everywhere.

Thank you so much for saying if you're suffering from an injury, some other great options are yoga or meditation. Some exercise advice doesn't always help when nursing an injury or even a long, chronic injury. Being patient and doing small stretches and 20 min walks at your own pace are helpful, and I've been doing just that. I forgot they release endorphins and dopamine. I'll try more in the future.

in my opinion happiness is derived from our tertiary/child cognitive function. For example a Ti child/tertiary is happy when learning something new, whether a new way to cook a recipe or optimizing a previously learned skill. The key to nurturing this is first developing your inferior function, overcoming your fear through humility.

None of those has ever helped me, I don't feel anything when doing acts of kindness, hugs, I already get 600% the amount of recommended daily vitamin D through my prescribed vitamins alone, there's nothing for me to laugh at, and exercising only makes me feel exponentially worse in every way.

What makes me happy is to always be there for someone in need, I never want anyone to experience bad feelings in my presence! If theres a chance to do a good deed Ill jump on that quick. To everyone who reads this! I hope you all have a wonderful and blessed day.

It makes me so happy, when someone says that I've made them happy. Usually I'm blamed for many things and I feel guilt and it manipulates me into thinking I actually did it.

Get your sun! Without the sunscreen. The healthy hours are from sunrise until 11 am. Just don't stay under that sun for too long. 20-30 minutes of sun exposure is enough.

Hugs are very rare in my locality and culture. I haven't remember every hugging my parents. The only people who hug are romantic partners, that too not in public.

I can't agree with the sun part (I don't like to be burnt by sun, I'm happy more when i don't go out during the day and go out at night. Thank you for the video
