I'm a minor/below 12. So I'm exactly a child. But mostly children have most energy while some don't and I'm actually both. After I saw this video, (since I am actually going through stuff and you make my day) I realized I do need to stop doing these. I can relate to all of them to be honest and sometimes I have energy but don't feel like doing anything. So I stay in my room and draw, listen to music, sleep, etc. But I'm actually at the point I might go to a hospital and my mom tries to get me outside therapy since school therapy isn't really going well. My older sister and I kept telling her to call but she keeps forgetting. I was actually feeling bad yesterday. I stayed up until 1 or 2 in the morning. I was crying and laughing like a weirdo, while talking to my calendar saying My life is perfect. And all that great stuff. I actually tried to cut myself with a pen, deep. I started writing in my notebook about my family, about how they made me feel this way. But I actually cried alot, that I talked to my sister but I didn't talk to her about what happened. So she shared her food with me. I cried alot I fell asleep with a cheeseburger on my bed. It didn't get anywhere though, so that's good. I am sorry for venting in the comments. And I'm sorry if I said anything sensitive to the community. But I don't think my 2023 is gonna be good. Happy new years.

Ah yes i do hide in my room or bathroom read and watch or go on multiplayer wildcraft to inercract with people cuase its just me and my mom and she complains alot and my day gos from great to a emotianl day so i try to get away from her. She also blames things on me that i didnt do she is like 4 yr with me as a slave she sais im getting to sassy but recently im getting more confident in my self i wanna break free from the chains she pulled on me she gets angry when i say i know but its in my nature! Im turning into a teen! I wanna get away! I wanna fly outa the nest! I cant text my bffl who is the only person i trust with my feelings. Im always tired and feel like somone took a hammer to my head once my mom complains i have almost said before maybe if you didnt complains so much maybe it would feel better! I know once you stop complaing about something get rid of the negative you life gets better! Thats my main rule for my mental health your hungry? Get something to eat fix it yourself people arent going todo stuff for you if you complain. The more your you complains the less people respect you the more people hate and stay away from you complainig is going to get you knowhere but at the bottom of the list.

I am not lazy, i just lost hope and don't have the interest to do what other people asks me to do.
I am tired of toxic college and toxic family logics. Both have toxic environment. Nobody wants to have low self esteem. I am a very optimistic person. But even i have my own limits. Nobody wants to hear a lecture on how much of a worthless loser i am as a girl+ student+ daughter. Calling me black, lazy, selfish monster is not gonna make me study and sacrifice my life for them. I have wasted 26 years of my life for them, to make my family acknowledge me, love me.
In the end, i wasnt acknowledged, wasnt loved, but the criticized me, bullied me, demotivated me.
From now on. I will live and fight for myself and for those that really care for me

If it helps anyone.
The first thing to do is to go to a specialist. They will dig until they see everything that has built up in you and help you.
The little things I added to my routine so that I can have some rest on the weekdays.
I do what I like in the evenings, only for half an hour. I changed books to mangas, I can read a chapter and I finish it quickly. It gives me a feeling of success. I play computer games for a short time. I still haven't figured out how to stay focued on my hobbies longer nor how to draw without stressing out. I changed my sleeping pattern, my diet to be more healthy. I try to involve others in what I do for fun. I feel a bit better. I can't cope with weekends, though. Good luck and please, share your tips!

For me, it tends to be the disinterest in everything. That I don't want to do anything, and nothing interests me. I'm trying to work on that. As such, I started weaving, and now starting a new field of profession. I started working out a couple months ago, and a couple days ago added running small distances.
It was a challenge for me to keep being motivated. But I solved this by only doing small amounts of things. Working out only for 30 minutes, doing 10 of this, 10 of that, the other hand, than the stomach. It's a 12. 5 kg weight. Never overworking. Never overdoing it. Just keep doing it continuously and every day a little bit.
Recently I fallen back hard, but I'm onto it again. Haven't stopped working out, but got tired.

I'm a failure. A loser. Useless. Worthless. A burden.
I'm weak. I wish my parents never brought me into this world.
I wasted so many resources.
I ran away from so many responsibilities.
I troubled many people only for things to become fruitless.
I'm tired telling myself I just need to improve.
I'm tired of telling myself I can be better.
I know thinking negatively like this will do nothing good but. I want to at least let myself feel all these negative stuff.
I don't always need to optimistic.
I am weak, too.
No one will accept a failure like me.
I'm losing the tiny confidence I have left from all those wasted potentials.

Yknow. Once I left the gates of highschool. I've always had this faded feeling.
It's a mixture of Comon man pull and push on and I. just don't wanna move
At first I thought mabey I'm just going to bed late and my body is struggling to stay awake.
One night after recovery. The. Same faded feeling was still present.
You see. Back in grade school I used to be a fast walker. Now I just. feel like I'm walking at the drive speed of a tanker truck at 1mph.
Man once I left high school. my life has just been a long road.

Okay how did you read my mind.
I used to love writing, I would do it every chance I got because I seriously loved it. Now, Im starting to tire of writing. Im motivated from my dad, yeah, but I can never get the energy to actually continue. Im always scrolling, and my dad is still telling me I should be more productive. I mean, I still create stories. in my head by thinking up random ideas and suddenly an hour passes and Im still in my head with the freaking story.

I'm planning on going to see a concert tonight. I LOVE concerts. I'm super obsessed with music, but today (idk why) I don't really want to go. I've been struggling with chronic depression for almost a decade, this week though has been especially hard I suppose. It's not normal for me at all to not want to go to a concert. I'm worried if I say anything to the people I'm going with they'll think something is terribly wrong. But I don't want them to worry. :(

One of my tips to get stuff done when I feel like doing nothing. I count down from 5, and start the thing. Another one is telling myself to just do the bare minimum. When loading the dishwasher, for example, I'll tell myself to just load the top rack. Then if I feel like I can do more, I'll tell myself to load the bottom rack and start the wash cycle. If I don't feel like I can, then at least I did a little. :)

You know last year, I used to have these times a lot where i couldn't do anything or didn't even have the energy to. I didn't know why this was happening, it casued me depression and anxiety sometimes.
And now I'm not where I wanted because of that, my grades went down and I couldn't achieve what i was looking for. I think that's heartbreaking enough

Just pointing it out here its OK to be lazy its a normal hormone in the human body! But you should try to be more productive and do a list of things but take little breaks between it. Once you start little breaks do even less time till none at all it will help! I hope you have a good day/afternoon/night and don't forget to eat and drink water!

I really wish I could actually get help instead of watch these videos, tell my parents, then get yelled at for trusting a video instead of a professional. But no, I'm not allowed to get professional help! My parents OBVISIOUSLY know better then them. They know that I dont have anything like depression or anything but I smile all the time. Sigh

I think I've been in such bad mental health for such a long time that it feels normal now and how I always felt. It doesn't help that my grandma calls me insane or that I need to go to a place when I have an emotional outbursts. Like I'm not allowed to have emotions. I'm now very closed off from her.

My mental health has seriously gone to shit and my family doesn't take me seriously. If I try to speak up, they just dismiss me or say I don't care or Sometimes you need to do shit you don't want to and then sit on their asses

I have all of these and I am now quite worried but at the same time for me I day dream because I also enjoy day dreaming since I can choose what I day dream about which is one of the only things that brings me happiness.

I think I am both. I DO care about The things I know I have to do but I either forget them when I have time or feel overwhelmed about it, but I have never been someone very good at doing the things I am supposed to do

0: 12 Don't think It's glorified. It's nice if people have things to do, and happy doing it. But if it's obsessive, they are constantly running, than they have some problems. That makes people worried.
