Talking about porn can be a bit touchy because everyone's got their own take on it. Whether you're a fan or not, we all know that watching it can mess with your brain in some way. But what exactly does it do, and how much do you have to watch before it starts doing stuff? Well, let's take a stroll through the world of science to break down the porn addiction symptoms you may not be aware of. Porn addiction, like any other form of addiction, can manifest different symptoms in different people. However, there are a number of common signs and symptoms that can indicate a porn addiction problem. It is important to note that the presence of one or more of these symptoms does not necessarily mean that a person does have a porn addiction, but if they become a daily problem and interfere with normal life, it may be a cause for concern and seeking help. Porn addiction often manifests itself in excessive and continuous viewing of pornographic content that takes up most of one's time. Decreased productivity and interest in mundane tasks: People with porn addiction may begin to forget their responsibilities and interests in favor of consuming pornography. Some people with porn addiction may experience sexual problems, such as erectile dysfunction or loss of interest in real-life sexual relationships. People who are addicted to viewing adult material may have difficulty controlling their pornography sessions and difficulty stopping viewing pornography, even when they want to do so. This addiction can cause feelings of guilt, shame, and depression in addicts, especially after viewing pornography. As with other addictions, more pornography may be required over time to achieve the same level of satisfaction. Struggling and unsuccessful attempts to stop: People with porn addiction may try to stop consuming pornography, but often unsuccessfully, and keep going back to it. If you or someone you know is experiencing these symptoms and they are troubling, it is important to see a professional, such as a therapist or psychiatrist, to diagnose and treat porn addiction.

This is yet another reupload by Psych2Go. And they even try to pass it off as a new video because of the thumbnail. It's not necessary, people like me are going to notice, and it's obvious they're only doing it to farm more views. Perhaps either come up with some original content, or post a little less frequently, rather than spamming out 3 to 4 videos a day. It's just not a good strategy

I went on vacation for three week recently, and barely even thought about it. I don't feel addicted to it, and it's definitely not something I really need in my life, even if I use it regularily. Unlike my addiction to coffee, which will even give me withdrawal symptoms after two days.

I personally don't have this specific addiction, but I know many awesome people who do and I know that everyone else out there can overcome it! I promise you guys aren't alone, and I know that you'll be able to make your way through it eventually!

I guess no one will tap me on my shoulder and will tease me as they read this.
But I'm guilty to this, I don't have to spared budget to get me a therapist for me to recover from this, but thank you Ma'am for the awareness this brings to me.

It's interesting you release a video on porn and video game addiction so close to each other. They can have some interesting parallels

I don't feel shame for loving porn. And I don't feel dirty for it, too. I'm a proud supporter of porn and that's it. Good day.
