I have seen your videos, It was really inspiring me. Now, It's a bit off from your video but i have to talk about it. I. have a bad friend. sometimes i wish I've never be friends with her. But she is. Aggresive I could say. I tried to not talk with her, but she will like slap me but not that hard. A LOT of times. Sometimes i hurt because of her actions. She always say sorry, but i could tell it was not sincerely. I can't really unfriend her because like i said, she's aggresive. She usually talk to her other friends but she wouldn't let me go and be mad at me if i talked to my other friends for to long. I feel like she's using me. Can you help me?

Every one is different so it's important to be your own unique and imperfect self instead putting yourself on a pedestal and comparing yourself to others. Because comparison is the thief of joy. Guess what guys? It is confirmed that I am attractive to some degree, but here's the catch: I attract the women I don't actually like, romantically lol. Made some nice friends but I get disappointed when the women I actually like, turn me down. The women who like me, like me for superficial reasons or simply don't click with me.

I just want to point out that confidence does not mean outgoing. That's just called being extroverted. Being truly confident means being sure of yourself. You can be a quiet and reserved person and still exude confidence. In the same way that really extroverted people who seem confident, can be super insecure in themselves.

How can one have confidence when they have a low IQ, are easily confused and also have Asperger's which makes every day stressful cos everything is too loud and too bright. Also severe childhood emotional neglect. How can one be confident when they have these unwanted traits. It's impossible
