Being told that i care too much made me question if im healthy to those around me and even myself. Now its even harder to open up to someone i love or care about and i truly think im better off not loving people for a while xd I cant approach people anymore, the thought of being to much to people is draining me in ways i didnt think it was possible.
I know it takes time to heal but i wish i'd never heard those words. Im a different, colder person now, afraid of talking and expressing myself, just like i am in my core family.
god loving people is hard and it shouldnt.
(cant say this words to friends, family or professionals, dropping this on the internet so that at least im feeling heard somewhere.

From what I believe, there are no true self, only the self that we believe is what seperate us from others. People faces situations in life with pretty much an endless amount of masks, some people may wear the same type, but some consider it to be their unique trait. Personally, I can be both an introverted, cunning, unpredictable yet still friendly but hard-to-be-close-to person and an extroverted, rebellious, party-hard kind of guy. Though I still believe that my introverted self is what makes me unique and embrace it as my true self, which is also the self that is more matured. Anyways, a very nice video as always. Much obliged, Psych2Go.

1: 42 - this part when talking about emotionally distant partners definitely hits home, my own father wasn't very affectionate if anything had more abusive tendencies and the men I've dated in the past showed certain behaviours like emotionally distancing themselves or withdrawing without saying anything. My ex- tried to encourage me to seek out 'someone else' because he wasn't sure about the relationship, it also caused unnecessary tension between myself and my mum whom I'm pretty close with.

Great video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her

Does Amanda not do voices for you guys anymore
Also I don’t agree with all of this. Sometimes you aren’t drawn to people because they are simply shitty people. Sometimes it’s that black and white, while other times there are inner patterns. And sometimes it’s not your upbringing that creates patterns but relationships with other people or peers or lovers.

What should I do if I can't find and pinpoint any of my red flags I've tried to figure out what they are but I struggle with registering myself enough to find my flaws, but even when I ask those around me i never get anything I could work upon because they usually can't think of anything but I feel I could be over thinking it

A bit random but I'd really appreciate another video about Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. There's so much stigma surround ocd, and it's a really misunderstood disorder, so I'd be super cool if there were more videos about it covering the symptoms and compulsions and signs.

Me, having the bad habit of having a noisy voice. I have been rejected by many because of that, because people think I am aggressive with my speech. But, the truth is that, it is my true nature and natural voice. Do I reject myself, just to please others

I have a question: can dark empaths/ narcissists or psychopaths also be good people if they use logic or philosophy to have empathy Can a dark empath or a narcissist also understand the principle behind ethics even though they lack empathy

never been in one but judging myself at 17yr i think i am a person with deep feelings with the fear of being vulnerable with the trait of compromising myself so that my partner can have whatever he needs. wait that sounds bad

I just wish they would understand I'm not sad nor have alternative motivation, just wanting to spend time with them is my reason. But I don't speak correctly or understand social cues so am used to the constant judgment

I attract the most broken people. like I need people under my wing for some reason. Idk it's dumb but I have loyal friends. really lucky there. even if I do attract the wrong people sometimes.

What does empathy have to do with Bluetooth lmao
Tho tbh I feel like recent relationships have helped pick up and return the pieces of myself that I've lost in the past.
