I have seen reports that claim that the ship that ran aground, MV Primrose, was partly scavenged by scrap metal merchants from Port Blair immediately after the incident in which it ran aground. Supposedly there were both incidents of peaceful trade and strife between the said scavengers and the islanders. However it's really difficult to find information about that incident. These scavengers, if they could be located, might possess knowledge that might be of interest to anthropologists, since they apparently had the most sustained contact with the Sentinelese.

It's bizarre to think that we have only discovered the island in 1800s but these people have existed there for well over 60, 000 years. In the times where Ice age was still prevalent and they probably traveled there from Africa on land bridges that were lost to the rise in sea levels cutting their passage to other lands forever. Meaning it was before the time when there was a concept of boats so they have no way to think of building something that can help them travel over the water

They might be up to date to the worlds Technology, but the history remains how tribes with the pigments of Darker skin was being stolen from their homes. so I-m sure that they know what the enemies look like & pass the history down

These people who wanted to shoot a documentary sure are dumb. One would guess they are professionals, so why are they risking the population with modern diseases and such? Let them be and study them from afar at most. I like documentaries, but I hate it when these documentary people very obviously do it for fame, disrupting the life of the stuff they film, etc.

I heard that guy that run at the helicopter shooting arrows. He became a legend a courageous man. now he's getting all the girls. For us he's a dummy we laughed at for them a Legend. ( Lucky guy I bet they are telling stories of his bravery. I can imagine he's funeral honorable for being a laughing stock for us

I, killed those people on that island you not supposed to visit! The, sentinelese died by me way to many times again! They, died so they won't able to anything! Since, they died they didn't have a way to act like they were complaining cavemen with no real resources and supplies!

What if there is a higher alian race who tried to contact earth in ancient times but eventually they banned everyone from visiting our planet. Maybe all the religious mythology is an exaggeration of how our ancestors defended us using arrows.

You missed one point. The reason they hate us modern beings is because one of their first contacts with us, a guy kidnapped a family of them, but eventually put them back on the island, but still infected with a disease that he gave them.
