I would modify it, by shortening the railing before the unsustainable G and have the person be ejected with an automatic parachute - it-s possible that the effect would modify the dna - and have positive consequences, once they realize they lived through it -

I went on a rollercoaster yesterday in universal studios Singapore and jeez when the rollercoaster went down it feeled like my stomach will just fall and that was 3g.
I cant even imagine how 10g will be like

They could make this coaster much smaller my making the seats inverted. Rather than having the blood push to your feet have the blood rush to the brain. That much pressure would kill you much faster

I say design it and use it for the death penalty. If they happen to survive, it's God's will and they get set free. Also much cheaper in the long run than lethal injection.
