I personally don't enjoy eating until I'm full.
I would eat just enough. Eating until full makes me feel I have a balloon stomach that won't go down for awhile, and that's feel uncomfortable.

Me: - gets up slowly and keeps the big potato chips packet back in the kitchen which I was eating at the speed of 7chips per bite for the last 20mins.
