It could be awesome since there is more sea than land, we would probably move all sea animals to a reserved sea for them, take the trash out and put it on land and build buildings where we could swim to the top instead of having to use stair or elevator, there would be less suicide from jumping or hanging, we would use tight suits to not get very wet and we would out anti wet spray on most stuff as well and have almost unlimited water, the downsides would be big animals threatening us, extreme wheather or tsunamis, no paper since it would get destroyed, NO ELECTRONIC DEVICES, NO WIFI, having to go to the surface to drink something so that we don-t drink the salty un purified water and finally it would be dark since we can-t see much of the sky.

We won't be able to talk we would have to use sign language. If I could breathe under water and we live that way I think I would switch from living under water and on land when I want to talk. If there was under water that would be quite annoying for me living under there with my family or visiting people because I would have to get use to not being able to use my vocal cords. If we could breathe underwater, then we can explore the sea and ocean without coming out of the water again and again. If we could breathe underwater, then we could go very deep under the ocean to see the animals that live deep in the ocean like fangtooth fish and other animals. However, humans cannot breathe underwater unless they have a snorkeling pipe or breathing apparatus, but I wish we had the ability to breathe underwater just like the fish.

About staying deep,
I suppose that with enough swimsuit layers it may be possible but then you wouldn't be able to move much or resurface without any device that would help you move.
