This is a form of Frankenstein type of mad scientist that wanted to switch brains after seeing that the 1st girl had this ability during testing of swapping apples and oranges. Except he hadn't realized that the capability of the girl was more than he thought her to be a non thinking but rather just a responsive one.
In the last order (observe single tap VS double tap) where she clearly was refusing to do change brains with the second girl, she Instead went out of her boundaries (note hands locations) she swapped her eyes for hiss's
He clearly wanted her to do the brain swap. But backfired on him.

So I guess the mad scientist was trying to bring back maybe his wife or his lover using the brain and by using the prisoner woman but in the midst he forgot that the final outcome lies on the decision of the girl and not by mere chance. So she took his eyes and now she could see and he well succumbed to his darkness.

I have given up looking forward to every videos in excitement or waiting to see it. Because not all of them have cc (close captions) that I get disappointed.

To everyone saying that he has her powers now, I’d have to have some kind of evidence to believe that.
