Great job on the vid. But after reading the comments I'm not the only one who is asking for a sequel to this. I look forward to seeing it and I hope your able to do it. I think if your able to sell to a series to a network as Gene Roddenberry did, well the sky has no limits. Hopefully, well done me & others looking forward to it. Read the comments. Umm, nobody gets transferred to Rikers Island because it's not a prison. It's a jail. They do have people serving their sentences, but only people that are serving less than 1 year. Most inmates are awaiting trials, plea bargains, etc. But nobody TRANSFERS to Rikers from a different facility to serve time. It's a small detail, but it kind of ruins this film.

I just wish, for once, script dialogue would resemble reality. or some semblance of it. Men don’t speak in this way to each other. Men in prison NEVER do. Good short apart from the fantastical, soul baring, verbal exchanges between inmates.
Edit: Great concept. I love the sci-fi/horror genre.

This was OUTSTANDING! Well done! Truly, former LCDR John Sullivan, USNR. I worked in Corrections as a Supervisor and you really captured the prison atmosphere combined with futuristic horror. I hope you get your Break as a Director in Hollywood or a Play House etc. You certainly deserve it!

The tattoo on the creature’s wrist can read 9 or 11 depending on which way the wrist is oriented the main character’s tattoo reads 10 either way. So we don’t know if he was experimented on right before or right after the creature. He might metamorphose shortly. Great touch, bravo

A very believable shot story. Made me think of all those who'd scream bloody murder if something like this happened in real life.
Those three portrayed their characters perfectly, showing a wide range of emotions in a short time.

The real twist is the scary-looking humanoid isn't the real monster. There are prison inmates who are human-looking on the outside but aren't anything remotely human inside. They are actual monsters.

I love syfi. I was early in subscribing to OMNI magazine. Watched Twilight zone on the tube. Early Dr WHO. This age has so much more. This had an ending some other ones just leave you huh. Thanks

If you use chains with a hook to secure the handcuffs, make sure they are not open hooks with weak spring safety latch that is easily opened. just saying

Overall this is great but the actors look to clean for the setting. And in my opinion these generic monster sounds are so cringe.
