8 skyrim graphics mods that will compete with elder scrolls 6 [4k]

The Elder Scrolls 6 isn't coming any time soon, but thankfully some modders have been keeping Skyrim up to par BlankPaper: Well, they have refused to listen to reason and decided to take the path of most return... They are making a whole new engine, again... (Well, not new, in essence, as I am sure it is just another variation of the original engine that they keep using. Still not addressing the bugs and focusing on killing GPUs and CPUs with minimal environments.)
The only reason that everything is nerfed, is because of the engine they use. In the demos, they have super-isolated, super-optimized scenes, with super HD models and effects. But all that is gutted when they have to produce the actual game, because a normal GPU and CPU can't handle the processing of it, if the WHOLE GAME was filled with that level of detail.
It's not a lie, the demo's are -in game shots-, just not -the full game- and not with any settings that the game releases with. The demo's are also being processed by a 4-card GPU and a 4-CPU setup with a total of 64-cores/128-processor system that has 512 GB of the fastest DDR5 RAM and an SSD array that can shift data 8x faster than most SSDs. Yes, it's deceptive, but that's the way they sell things. (Your first impression is what -sticks-, as well as -the last impression-, which is what everyone is seeing in modded videos.)
You want an example of how these first and last impressions stick and alter things... Even the past... (Go watch a video of GTA-SanAndreas or GTA-ViceCity or Morrowind. I'll bet your brain will take a moment to replace the -illusion-, of what you think that you remembered it as. Most remember those games having similar or -the same details- as the current versions of the games.)

lol, I can make original legendary Skyrim look better than that with a few mods. Your rocks look like plastic. Use Majestic Mountains and the realism will shock you. SFO is very bat for grass in tundra and fall forest regions. Use only trees from SFO and another grass mod. Noble is much better for furniture. Osmodius is great for landscape. Skyland for dungeons. Northern grass is the best mix for grasses. Whatever weather & lighting mod you like, also for ENB and at the end DynDOLOD. That's it. And the game will look much better that this.
But of course, you need to do more that putting mods one above other and allowing overwrite. You have to choose particular parts for each one knowing well directory structure of the game. I mod the game manually and if you do so you will have better results.

I was finally able to get my hands on a 3070 and was looking forward to playing Vanguard, Infinite, and possibly BF 2042, and then my favorite game ever got a new DLC and that all went on the back burner. This should make me feel better about the fact that my gpu won-t go over 35% load on 1440p max settings lol

I had skyrim legendary edition on xbox 1 and i can say grsohics mofs, texture packs, water effevts and so forth it literally compared to that of a high end powered pc running mod after mod. It made the game so immersive and feel that much better because npcs, weapons and even the grass looked so life like

I just hope and wish Bethesda would just make TES6 look as good as a fully modded Skyrim does today. Like, Vanilla Skyrim didn-t even look very good for its time. Remember, Crysis came out in 2007 and that game was gorgeous, then came Skyrim 4 years later and looked almost like a 2005 game :P

I-m on PS4 pro and when I search for the mod lists nothing comes up... I-m I possibly not typing something in right? I actually can-t find any of the mods you listed... a little help here would be much appreciated haha are any of the mods for PS4?

I've never played Skyrim (or really any RPG for the last 10-15 years). I've been too consumed with MMO's. I officially quit MMO's and am diving into games that I've missed. I've heard nothing but good things about Skyrim, so we'll see!

Only problem with this is that he names the mods (only once), but doesn't have the names in text on the screen, so you have to keep replaying to get the name---plus he tends to mumble a bit. Having said that, an interesting list.

When skyrim came out, imo it was one of the most graphically impressive of any other game. I just wish with all of the re-releases of the game they would have updated the graphics

Agree while ES6 will probably look a lot better(touch wood), you can definitely get Skyrim up to Witcher 3 levels of fidelity with the right mods.
