there are soooooo many ways to make use of that area that have nothing to do with the final boss weapon lol I mean you could have shown the crow that you can hit with an arrow from the bonfire, who then runs off the edge and throws 13000 runes at you.

The rune farm is also very helpful so you can purchase a ton of Smithing Stone and Somber Smithing Stone after giving the bell bearings to the twin Husks. The bell bearings don't carry over but anything in your inventory does. So if you have 100 of each smithing Stone, you're set for any new weapon you might find.

Alexanders innards can be given to a jar fellow in Liurnia secret village to finish his quest. he can be found in the Jarburg village behind the inverted tower. for a turning in the innards you recieve a talisman that raises a potency of throwing jars xD

The first farm he mentions is doable at level 1, all you need to do is beat godrick, progress varres quest line and then snipe the bird across the chasm with a bow and it ll run off giving you 11k

Alexander's Innards does have a use. There's a village of jars with an NPC Jar Bairn. The two quest lines intersect and use the Innards.

I got lucky with Malenia. I caught her in a critical just before she went into her second phase cutscene. And she never regained all her health. So, I killed her second form in 1 hit.
