Being a PlayStation and Nintendo fan who never had an Xbox, gave this game (Infinite) and Halo 1 and 2 a chance on PC Game Pass. I thought it was just Halo 1 and 2, which I tried first, but unfortunately, the Halo campaigns bore me. I just keep using similar guns. And perhaps since I-m playing on a keyboard and mouse, it-s not as immersive as DS4 or Switch Pro vibrations or the haptics of the dual sense.

You know I still find it amazing how from combat evolved a game that the devs hoped to sell big, gained such a following and was the seed for multiple game, dozens of books and movies and so much lore I still have yet to explore all of it. On a hope and a dream spawned all of this let's give the devs a big ol thumbs up here

I like how at the beginning, when Chief first goes into space, he treats the marines with such gentle care, and even hesitates to take one's gun. But with the Covent, he just yanks them around and pushes them out of his way. Really good character personalization to me.

This game in my opinion was missing 2 things which the campaign needed to make a perfect story for halo infinite, the game is overall mediocre without these two
1. The return of some very iconic characters
2. A banished scarab boss fight

Complete -Silent Auditorium- without harming any Sentinels (flying robots) and if the door here is glowing then you can pass through and find the skull in the next room.
