I remember having to do projects for high school and whenever we cut the noise or lack of noise was really annoying. It was always afterwards that we realized we should have done it and what I usually did in the end was find a part of footage that was silent and then loop it over. However the thing was watching out for weird sounds if youre using a short loop. It'd sound like something was hitched in the audio.

A very well done episode Russ! You seemed very prepared for this one. I didn't notice as many cuts as usual in-between what you said. I don't know if there were any at all, to be honest.

This is great advice. I used this for a marketing video I did for a company and it really helped balance out the interviews that were supposed to be in public environment, where the level of people was changing during the interviews. Great stuff Russ: )
