- Ofc the last one is debetable but I can live without seasons and or university. Playing the sims 2 recently I realized how lacking the sims 3 university is, sims 2 allowed challenges and many locations and TS3 only has 1 university town, I enjoy the pack alot but I can play without it. However with pets its quite essential since I love pets both irl and in game + you have the horses which is sims 3 exclusive. Tho i'm still mad about how buggy they are (like everytime I wanna interact with them they take a freaking loop around) but other then that it's amazing.

remember when simmers used to do long let-s plays that focused on one specific expansion? yeah, i miss that. the content that we get with packs in the sims 4 isn-t interesting enough to play with for a long time, there won-t be an expansion focused let-s play that-s as long as Lifesimmers generations let-s play. sims 4 simmers only do challenge let-s plays because they can use every pack and the challenge makes it a little more interesting, if they ever try to do an expansion pack let-s play they get bored after like 5-10 episodes.
even the base game in the sims 3 is good. the game has so much depth, and it got better with every expansion. the expansion packs in the sims 4 just feel like an expensive excuse.

I decided I-m not going to buy any more stuff from the sims 4. I want to but I-ve spent way too much of my hard earned money on it already and it-s such a broken trash game. Especially when you compare it to its previous version. You know that EA can live up to this potential, they-ve already done it before. They could easily remaster the sims 2 or 3, or add many of those details and aspects into the sims 4. They are just lazy and greedy money millers. I wish there was something to fix the quality of the sims 3, it-s the only thing I hate.

As a kid I would watch every single one of your reviews, and you-d always get me SO excited for these expansions! Watching in 2021 and thinking -wow wish we had that in sims 4. - and then the content just kept coming. They added SOOO much to sims 3 expansions and sims 4 in comparison is so bland and sad. I would spend $40 on an expansion like this but absolutely refuse to pay full price for anything related to Sims 4

To be honest, I don't have the slightest idea of why people used to hate TS3 that much when it was released. I understand that the lag and crashing into your game was something they should have fixed. But it's a game that adds a lot of more things than TS2 and the open world is something amazing.

Sims 3 generations=sims 4 parenthood +toddler stuff+kids stuff+moschino stuff+get famous system+spiral staircases+bunk beds+a lot of things sims 4 does not and never ever in a million years will not have detailed content.
Just give us sims 3 with sims 4 cas and build mode already

wow i-ve never seen anyone play sims 3 and i always hear people talking about how they want generations for sims 4. after watching this i feel robbed by the sims team for how awful and un detailed sims 4 is without mods. wow. they need to DO BETTER. sims 4 deserves better.

Its 2021. I'm relatively new to sims world, only been playing since 2019. Only ever played Sims 4.
I now understand the generations hype. I found this video because I just couldn't understand.
This makes me so sad and jealous. I need EA to get their shit together.

The Sims 4 is actually quite good at the parenting stuff. There is a lot that can be done with toddlers, children and teenagers. I haven't played Sims 3 in a while, so I'm not sure how they compare, but I have the feeling that Sims 3 is less detailed in that respect.

All of these pessimistic comments from other Simmers makes me laugh. If you are a true fan of the series, then you should just be happy that we are still getting new Sims games. Sims 4 isn't terrible, people. Stop living in the past and move on.
