Kumaran: SPOILERS I think the more appropriate explanation would be that Billy did manage to send the awkward love letter to Wonder Woman and she kept tabs on the situation and felt to effect reward for Billy's sacrifice and to prolong her long mission to effect harmony between ancient and modern. And if SHAZAM is being recruited by Waller's ilk, then its a guarantee that BATMAN has his ears peeked! The man with fingers in all (almost) PIES! Loved how they used Cameos.
