I'm all for prenup if you have millions, kids, estates, cars etc. However I honestly think the kardashians /jenners are idiots with the guys they pick. I would definitely have a cheating clause. A guy is as faithful as his options. I love Catherine's prenup. Make him pay millions. 500, 000 is peanuts to these celebrities. These lawyers are expensive af. As for us normal women, don't even think of marrying a guy without looking into his finances especially debt and child support. guys are homeless popping out kids they can't afford. They look for a woman to babysit their kids, shelter them and give him money. They dangle love and marriage because they are broke. Kanye, tyga, Lamar are or were going broke. They went after the woman's money. I'm curious if Beyonce has a cheating clause, we all know he's gonna cheat again

Now I understand prenups more. So it cant be absolute. It cannot be dont touch my money, you get nothing or it will get rejected. Basically you need to create a salary system that makes it so that your wife ( since its mostly men that pay it ) gets 10 to 25 per cent of your whole bank account on a spreaded number of years ( so like if youre worth 100 M dollars ) shell get 500k dollars up to 20 years of marriage, so 10M dollars, so although it is much it is still less than half of the mans money, and normally his net worth would have increased by the time of the divorce, so unless they redraft it, it might even be less than 10 per cent of his net worth.

Like for example if your spouse have $20, 000 student loan debt before marriage get a prenup that states that if you divorce you are not responsible for any personal debt before the marriage or any reckless debt acquired during the marriage. Like for example if your spouse buys a Ferrari out of spite because you file for divorce even though neither one can afford a Ferrari you are protected.

Yo all yall who are saying they r getting paid to Be married and its disgusting ur wrong. They only get paid if they divorce or if one of them(usually the husband) cheats. If they didnt do so then the law would automatically give like everything the husband owns to the wife. Marriage is not a business, divorce is.

Why did the guys even agree to those terms? Maybe its just me but I don't think people should be entitled to money they didn't earn just because they are married. Also, if you need that much money for child support, I don't think you need to have the kids in the first place. That's just ridiculous.
