They focused more on themselves, as individuals, and growing on that regardless of the people who held them down.
The more you focus on the victim-titled hters the worse things get for you, as they become you focus for you, as you are theirs.
The point of not seeing the blly is to show the individual is more important than the blly
Its ridiculous to consistently push politics in shows for kids without ever even covering the basics of self importance and love.
Instill that and youll have a youth whos strong and resilient.
Instill the victim hood mentality and you get this blame him, blame her era.
People want to see others thrive, not be held down and shown that emotions control them

You should consider adding telenovelas moments, they hace so much more drama, of course, and tackles some stuff like parent's divorces, adoptions & deaths. For example the most recent one, BIA (from 2018) talks about bullying for gender identification, for dressing tomboyish or being fat. However, of course, it is still a kids show and can't go much further. In Soy LUNA (2016, the mean girl had a great story line which showed the reasons of her attitude, she had breakdowns, insecurities and probably depression or anxiety. Also, girl meets world was a great show which TRIED to tackle some serious issues but did not talk directly about it, they used weird story lines. Lizzy mc Guire also had an episode where miranda starts getting an eating disorder.

Thats why EVERY kid or teenage must watch these series just not because it fun but to learn, specially in this day and age people are fighting with each other just to hide there insecurity. Disney always spread good messages to the young audience like mental health, body shamming, LGTB, race or disorders like autism. Disney WILL always be superior than cartoons like shinchan or doremon, etc.

There are actually many episodes in the proud family that deal with important issues. In Shes got game Penny needs to fight for her right to be on the football team. And in the episode I had a dream Penny imagines its 1955 and encourages her classmates to stand against segregation. The proud family in general was very progressive at the time.
