I love Eddie. Although I am not a metalhead outwardly (I don't dress the part, I come from an Eastern European poor country, and I am lower middle class. I was a freak and sometimes that was genuinely my fault. Sometimes it was just. Upper class kids looking down on me.
I am not a kid anymore. But I never escapes the lower middle class in any way. Even if I studied (one thing I will say about my country, which is good, is that education is mostly free, if you have decent grades, which I worked very hard to do - and I thank the gods every day that this is the case with my country, cause otherwise I couldn't have afforded it.
I have run from stuff, and I have struggled. But Eddie doing what he did, becoming an unsung hero. It touched me.
I never connected to a character more.
And I think, in a way, he is what I aspire to be. Unapologetically myself. And brave despite it all.
I love Eddie. Somehow I still hope they will bring him back.
Those things that attacked him (I apologise, I don't remember denominations very well, looked like vampire bats to me. I doubt they will bring him back but how cool would it be if he comes back as some sort of vampire thing? Even if it's like. As some sort of ghost thingy who helps the kids. Like Vecna but on the good guys' side.

Eddie is an outright poop stain who bullies Mike and Dustin into recruiting people for HIS d an d party. He berates and puts Dustin down every time they interact, he hates Steve, and even attempts to kill him when steve who is actually kind to Dustin, shows up with Dustin to save him and he deliberately runs away when he already gave HIS WORD that he wouldn't to buy time when he just got done doing that by fighting off the bats. oh and his hair is an outright rats nest and he should have called the cops and his uncle when Chrissy got murked. shall I continue

I usually almost never cry over a character death. But Eddie's death broke my cold stone heart.
I never cried at any other ST death than Eddie's. I honestly rather have Hopper dead. You can kill off even Will or Mike. Even bring back Bob just to kill him again. For the love of god kill them, but please don't kill Eddie. Now please excuse me while I go off and cry in my puddle of tears.

Eddie is the best friend/big brother you never asked for, but the best friend/big brother that everyone needs. He's the dude who believes in second chances (e. g. encouraging Steve to be with Nancy, is totally funny and light-hearted even in serious moments, and will face his fears and prove himself an unlikely hero that his town highly doubts about.

Joseph Quinn how good you played character Eddie in stranger things, honesty I can never imagine someone play the character like him he may be the best rock and roll and really gets along with everybody else you know kind of sad for Eddie keep that what he had to do make the sacrifice like he's done from running wants to fight back damn bro

He was the only one I could relate too fr. all the other characters I'm like yeah they cool. its juss eddie put had rebel n metal thing. until he saw ol girl getting broken in his home. shit I would react like that too. but at the end. he had to cup his ball n man up. n battle those fly bat things

I've always been drawn to the Eddies of the world. I think it's because they can be themselves and don't give a damn. and I'm envious. I was a little bit Eddie in the '80s, I hung with the freaks, played D&D, loved metal, just didn't have the hair or the attitude.

As a nerd and a geek myself, Eddie was refreshing to see. He even got me to listen to metal, which is better than I could've thought and now I love Metallica! He's so easy for the outsiders to connect with and it's why I love him so much

Eddie reminded me of a very special guy I went to high school with. He was a metal head and got a bad reputation because of the way he looked. He used to bring me brown paper bags full of stuffed animals, and he let me wear his watch. I loved him

Reason I love Eddie munson is because of his personality and how great he gets along with others helping others who feel left out bringing others into his D&D group acting like a brother towards Dustin and being himself most importantly.
