Golden Girls had quite a few errors. There were 2 different Glen OBriens with different back stories and played by different actors. The one thing they had in common was a romantic relationship with Dorothy. Roses daughter Brigette is just in the one episode and never heard of again. She vanished after going to England. Another daughter of Roses, Kiersten, was played by two very different actresses and with slightly different back stories. In the first season, she comes to Miami. Shes tall, has short blonde hair, was very fashionable and had no accent. She also has a daughter (Charlie) who looks around 8 years old. A few seasons latee, we see her again. Shes petite, has long brown hair and dresses more country. She mentions having kids, but all were too little to travel. Blanches daughter Rebecca had a very similar treatment. We meet her early in the series and shes obese with short blonde hair. She appears again in later seasons, taller, with long curly brown hair. Originally she was a former model but no mention of modeling when she reappears. And the biggest plot hole of them all! Coco. Hes a live in cook and housekeeper, but only in the pilot episode. He just vanishes in the second episode and theres never any mention of him.

A lot of this I can look at and say that some scenes might have been re-shot but no one remembered what was in the original scene, so when they did the re-shoots it threw something off. Or they shot parts of each scene on different days and what the actors were wearing in terms of makeup or where characters were positioned in certain scenes didn't line up between shots. In New Girl, we can see that throughout most of the scene, Zooey had her fingernails coloured orange, but when it was just her and the BMO guy (I believe he is the guy from the BMO commercials but correct me if I'm wrong, maybe they shot that conversation on a day after she removed her nail polish, or before she applied some on, and the screen editors putting the scenes together overlooked that or thought it wasn't much of a big deal. And in the Friends episode, I think that shot with Phoebe next to Paul was supposed to be used during a different part of the episode, or a different episode, perhaps, but I guess they felt his reaction to her pulling out four eyelashes while she was next to Rachel fit that better.

I feel like I remember them talking about the Phoebe thing and it was that they didnt have a reaction shot so they used one from later on and it being in a smaller aspect ratio she wasnt seen in the original run but when they were remastered and started streaming the aspect widened and things were more noticeable, like that and the times when they used over the shoulder stand ins because before you would only see a shoulder and a little hair, now you see a whole side of a face and a Monica one was REALLY noticeable.

On the Golden Girls, the father of Blanche is not the same actor, he turns younger and taller.
I always notice hair mess ups. Where it's curled then straight ect. How does the script person not notice? Or in Terminater a hub cap on the right side of the car Flys off, then 2 seconds it's back on.
Oh the biggest 1 is Die Hard, all of a sudden Bruce has a brown tank top on. Yes it was white, but they edited the scan and thought we wouldn't question it

Full/Fuller House. Not only did Uncle Jesses last name change, but Kimmys siblings kept changing too. I feel like there was an episode where it said she was an only child or had sisters, then another episode where she said she was glad her parents stopped having kids after her, she had mentioned more than once having an older brother, then of course we meet her younger brother Jimmy on Fuller House

In the Big Bang Theory in 3rd (I think) episode where Leonard (depressed because of Penny's boyfriend) decides to buy a cat due and talks about Sheldon's asthma. But later they kinda switched to Leonard having asthma.
As for Friends, my favorite mistake in pilot is apparment numbers. It used to be - boys in apartment 4, a girls in 5. And soon it's turns into 19 and 20

So the reason Phoebe was magically in a different spot in that scene was because there were more lines after she mentioned her eyelashes. Phoebe had walked over and sat down, and Paul was actually looking at someone else talking at that moment. They cut those extra lines for the aired version, but you can see the whole scene where she goes to sit down on the DVD version.

Fun fact: the actor who played the ugly version of Jackie in Kelso's fantasy (at around 0: 52) is Carlos Alazraqui, aka Garcia on Reno 911, Rocko on Rocko's Modern Life, Clam on Camp Lazlo, Spyro in the first Spyro the Dragon game (his Rocko's Modern Life costar Tom Kenny took over the role starting with the second game) and he was the voice of the Taco Bell Chihuahua.

Someone already explained the Friends mistake. But I also wonder if you could even see Phoebe in the original aired episode? Back then, screen ratio was 4: 3. When everything shifted to 16: 9, a lot of mistakes were then seen of things the camera caught that were left in because it was cropped off by the 4: 3 ratio, so they didn't waste the time fixing it.

I tend to think, The Breakfast Bunch, just isnt canon. Its a fun episode, but it just exists as an homage to _The Breakfast Club_
As for the Golden Girls goof? Perhaps Dorothy miscarried
For Big Bang Theory, hmm Bob is Pennys biological dad and Wyatt is her stepdad?

I have 1 for you, Brady Bunch, early in the series Halloween episode they claim to not have an attic to have pulled off a particular prank but a season or so later Greg and Marsha are in fact fighting over who gets to have their own room in the attic. Check it out.

In the Big Bang Theory, the guys plan to spend three months at the Magnetic North Pole. They meant the Geographic North Pole. The Magnetic Pole is constantly moving. Having spent some time near the Geographic North Pole in Greenland, I picked up on that immediately.

Maybe the Brooklyn Nine-Nine TV thing wasn't a plot hole. Maybe Holt and Kevin had a TV in the bedroom in season 1, then sometime afterwards read an article about it being bad so they got rid of the TV by season 2. Very possible with Holt and Kevin.

Very minor mistake: In one BIG BANG THEORY episode Raj says to Penny Wasn't it [Shakespeare] who said It is better to have loved and have lost than have never have loved at all. The answer, Raj, is No. That was Alfred Lord Tennyson

Your list focuses on more current shows, but on I Love Lucy, Ethel Mertz had three different middle names - Ethel Louise, Ethel Mae, and Ethel Roberta were said over the course of the series.

Who pays attention to a character's nail polish? That kind of obsession with detail is disturbing. On the other hand, it does make for a interesting episode of MsMojo!

My favourite gaff is the Blue Blazer Black line from Friends. The fact that everyone continued to tease Matthew in character makes it doubly hilarious.

In the That 70s show clip, the bear is there. Its behind the door if you look closely. Is it a bad cut? Probably. Was it just gone? No.
