The first one, what is Todd's last name was super easy for me as it's my last name as well. But to make it even better my fathers name is Todd R. Quinlan. I put in the R. because at one point in time in the show you see Todd's middle initial and it's R. One of my favorite shows too which makes this lil tid bit all the more interesting to me.

You forget the most important part of Neil Flynn: The janitor was entirely imaginary. In the 1st season you can see he only interact with J. D and in final episode he was supposed to be revealed to be a figment of JD's imagination. It was because he was too good the show decided to make him real.
