No offense to the Cheetah Girls song, Cinderella, but while I love that song and it brings out a strong message.
I feel like its very misleading.
The song bashes Cinderella left from right very unfairly and clearly the people who wrote the song never saw the movie or hadnt seen it in an awful long time to make these unfair accusations over poor Cinderella.
Cinderella wasnt waiting for a prince.
She wanted out of her abusive home yet didnt know how too.
Victims who live in a abusive home never know a way out or dont realize that they are in a abusive situation.
Cinderella went to the ball to have fun.
She just happened to get extra lucky that the Prince fell in love with her and saved her in the end instead.
Then again she also saved herself by having that other glass slipper with her when Lady Tremaine purposely broke the other one just to keep her.
The song, Cinderella, clearly doesnt understand abusive relationships at all.
Not to mention but slaying a dragon will be dangerous on your own unless you have multiple help or have help to try to escape on your own away from the dragon.
Thats like saying that you can slay a lion on your own or escape from one on your own.
Its crazy!
Again I get where the song is coming from, I will always love the song, but the message is just very mixed to me.
It bugs me also that no one brings this matter up but me.

Under-appreciated songs in shows and movies tend to be the greatest hits among those people who are very much inclined to listen to high quality soundtracks. You may need to have some level of understanding and knowledge when it comes to particular music similar to this. It may not be for the general masses, but still a few number of people have valued it.

THESE SONGS ARE UNDERAPPRECIATED? We 90s babies who grew up in the 2000s will fight you for some of these songs. Cinderella (and this is my opinion) is the best song to ever come out of a DCOM. The beat, the lyrics, the voices singing it. It will never be underappreciated. Nor will Supernova girl, I Don't Dance, Rush, or More Than Me.

I see Phineas and Ferb, I click! The show has some of the greatest television songs of all time and the fact they are still beloved to this day just shows how good they are! Kick it up a notch is such an amazing song for the movie! Probably my favourite from the movie with Everything is Better with Perry!

I miss the old Disney. After 2017, its gone downhill. Due to cancel culture, theyre afraid of making the same shows talking about sensitive topics. And boy I miss the music videos like this. Generations today will never understand the joy coming home from school watching what we did.

every song from Phineas & Ferb in general is pretty much an underrated gem. I really want to see any of them used during Disney Night on DWTS someday. Come on, you know it'd be epic & fun to see a dance performed to something like Ain't Got Rhythm or Busted

Lemonade Mouth is underappreciated AF. Its so much better than Descendants or Zombies (Descendants is not terrible but the movie is overrated and has a flimsy plot and Zombies is basically a watered down Zombieland and has necrophilia.

I was gonna be upset that What Dreams Are Made Of wasn't number one and then I remembered the list was for DCOM songs and The Lizzie McGuire Movie was a theatrical release. still an awesome song, though.
