The NJ & PA Hospitals & Rehabs where Charles Cullen killed (40-400) patients intentionally covered it up from the police, the State Boards of Nursing, and State Health Departments to protect their financial interest. They also stopped nursing staff from reporting helpful information to the police. Only one brave nurse put her career and familys financial stability in harms way to speak up anyway to protect patient safety. Cullen is now in prison, but the hospitals never faced any legal consequences for intentionally covering up the murders:

They NEVER shouldve broken up

There were more things that were not true in the movie compared to what really happened. The detective Danny Baldwin didn't yell or curse at the risk manager when he asked her about the pyxis machine. While the detectives asked Charles Cullen questions after they arrested him, he was not like how they portrayed him in the movie. The Netflix documentary is way better than the Netflix movie.

Fun Fact: Charles Cullen is currently held at New Jersey State Prison in Trenton, New Jersey its the same prison that Rubin Hurricane Carter was in when he was wrongfully convicted of a triple murder youre probably familiar with Carter if youve heard the Bob Dylan song Hurricane or seen the Denzel Washington movie The Hurricane

I for one, am sick to death of Netflix because of their overwhelming content that portrays serial killers. It sends a message to would be serial killers that if they commit these crimes, they will be forever infamous because Netflix will make a movie about them.
