OH You mean to ask if anyone has a BBT Dark Truth? Here's one for you. Sheldon Cooper character keeps spouting Non-stop for all the 12 seasons the series was on, That his Tendency for recalling things is because he Has an Eidetic Memory. NO HE DID NOT! NOT ONCE AFTER He became an ADULT (Biologically! According to PhD Dr Leonard George, in his Book of scientifically researched and written Articles, Alternative Realities: The Paranormal, the mystic and the Transcendent, He says Children just starting school up to level of grade 8 CAN show signs and remarkable insights in referencing resources their brain searches the child's memory banks for, to assist mentally the child's capabilities to call upon the Photographic memory to reveal the truth facts that they can reference to speak to family and close friends about. However, George also relays how Once a Child enters the beginning of the transition stage between middle to higher age when their bodies (and Brain) begin the Growing pains from teenager to adult stage, the child's Photographic (Eidetic) memories will start to Phase out of memory and the teen upon entering adulthood, will actually LOSE the ability to recall such memories again. So. Maybe Young Sheldon may have been told when he was Younger He had the Eidetic Memory, But No, Not when he became an ADULT Male. Dr. George also adds that: Even despite all experiments to pinpoint existence or Not, .The much touted Photographic memory HAS NEVER BEEN DEMONSTRATED TO ACTUALLY EXIST FOR REAL--AT ALL! So. NO, Sheldon Lee Cooper DOES NOT have a true condition of Eidetic Memory! How's THAT FOR A BBT DARK BBT FACT!

I earlier left a comment that I deleted prior to this comment about how I had a theory for why the cast paychecks took significance fluctuations in value based on how I felt the show and its spinoff show young Sheldon was trying to teach the viewers that everyone is selfish and big babies by saying we all do or say anything we can in order to get our way and/or get rid off anyone who annoyed us! Also I felt the 2 shows may have taught its audience that any statement someone makes can be both right and wrong depending on your beliefs therefore meaning it's impossible to tell if what someone says is the truth or a lie which is why Sheldon can't tell if someone is lying or telling the truth! Also I felt that the 2 shows were saying that the more you communicate with others and listen to each other the more you learn regardless of whether it's a nice polite conversation or a fight!

Good gods. This is all VERY OLD information. Johnny Galeckie dated Sara Gilbert and Kaley Cuoco (at different times) - whoopie do. He is still friends with both of them. None of these are 'dark' secrets. Come on. Here's another 'dark' secret. As the character of Sheldon got more popular, he got quirkier. He never knocked three times in the first few seasons, he ended up with more 'degrees' later, some of his childhood memories changed later. The writers never really were very aware of past story lines.

Sorry. while I thought all of these were very interesting, I don't consider any of these to be dark truths. Penny's foot comes closest. To me, dark truths are things like if one cast mate or another was just terrible and abusive or really shady stuff was going on on set. And the Barenaked ladies thing was a lawsuit against the band, not the show. I feel like this was just taking a show people loved and slapping click bate words on into the title. That just sucks. You guys can be better than that.

I know that I'm going to get a lot of hate for this, but I actually hate The Big Bang Theory. I just never could stand this show for many reasons. However, this show did introduce me to Jim Parsons, who has become one of my favorite actors, so there's that. The irony is that Sheldon is the character I hated most, for his obnoxious attitude, belittlement of engineers (and anyone else whom he deemed inferior, and many other things that will take me too long to list.

Even though it's been established on and off script that he's not autistic, watching Sheldon and the rumors of the condition made me look into it more and I was finally diagnosed with asperger's syndrome in my mid 40's. While nothing else in my life has changed since my diagnosis, it's nice to understand more of why I am the way I am and think the way I think. I oddly have this tv show to thank for that.

I have had the same conversation about having my hand amputated when I had a flesh eating bacteria in my left hand. The doctor told me as I was going under that when I woke up my hand may be gone and she told my wife midway through surgery the same thing. After three surgeries the infection was removed and I still have my hand, it doesn't work great but I still have it and I can still shoot a gun.

The two that stuck out to me were the following: 1. The actor who played Leonard on the show wasn't the only one who wore glasses with no lenses in them. Harold Lloyd a silent movie comedian wore lens less glasses onscreen for the same reason.
2. As for the Soft Kitty song I always thought they were singing to the tune Lightly Row.

What they should have said with Rajs inability to talk to women is that he cant speak to women outside of his family such as his mom and sister because if you say that he cant speak to ALL women then that would extend to his mom and sister its a small thing but if they didnt ignore it it probably wouldnt be a plot hole

Its so fascinating (but not surprising) that the writers could not imagine Raj as anything other than the strange Indian guy. Its like they could not fathom the idea of a woman wanting to be with this dude (which is wild because they could imagine his sister with Leonard.
Such a facinatiing show

I'm so glad that the main cast was willing to take the pay cut to give the other two a pay bump, and that some of them were willing to settle for a lower salary at first to stay in the show. The ending was just so damn good that it wouldn't have been the same without all of them together.

In one episode of her podcast Mayim Bialik said when she came on the show in the third season and has a permanent cast member in the fourth season, she did not know anything about that Johnny and Kaylee having been dating in real life and having just broken up as a couple 12: 43

Some of those were good picks, but I could have lived happily FOREVER without knowing about JP being ill the day they shot the VDay episode. It was integral to Shamys romance & that definitely makes that kiss less romantic.

OMFG Leonards glasses had no lenses and Jim Parsons didn't know who Chuck Lorre was! This is unbelievable! I don't think I can ever watch this show the same way given these really dark facts about it.

Going into this, I thought that Dark in the title implied that it would be a list of things that fans of the show would prefer to remain ignorant about, but as it turned out, you took it to mean unknown.

My grandfather had a massive fear of water. His ship was bombed in WW2 and ever since then he was deathly afraid of it. Never took baths or swam in a pool or anything like that after the war.

Speaking of Chuck Woolery; I don't know about Love Connection but I do recall he was the original host of The Wheel Of Fortune, for six years.
Thank you so very much for the video.

I remember when this and the show Moonlight came out. When the writer's strike happened, I thought for sure this show would go and Moonlight would stick around. Guess I was wrong!

My grandmother loved this show. She passed away just before the final episode. I always think when I see anything about The Big Bang Theory too bad she never got to see the end.

Doing silly things like horseback riding gets people maimed and killed all the time. So not worth it. be smart and be safe people. Life is precious and short as it is.

I hear people say Jim Parsons is a germaphobe, but why would he still be working if he was sick?
Also, Raj's story was done dirty. He should've just left with Anu.

I never realised that Johnny and Sara not only dated onscreen in two sitcoms, but in real life as well. At least they're still pals in real life.

How can the fact that someone's glasses not having lenses be a dark secret? How can MOST of these actually be dark secrets?
