I too loved Howards growth thruout the series; I was amazed he made it thru that trip to space; your pick for #1 was spot on, and indeed there were plenty of times I had no problem when Sheldon and Howard argued back & forth. But I didnt find his impression of Sheldon remotely funny bc of Sheldons stunted emotional IQ (likely Aspergers) and I just thought that was mean. Sheldon doesnt even recognize when hes being mean - he seriously doesnt realize what hes saying is obnoxious so to try and _get back at Sheldon_ is sort of like getting back at your niece or nephew who was rude to you earlier during a holiday meal. You, as an adult, can of course tell them not to be rude but its something they have to learn & I dont believe ppl w Aspergers can learn it. In any case, thats just my opinion, but I loved most of your other picks!

Howard and Bernadette actually are perfect for each other. Theyre the shows Quagmire where they will say horrible things about their friends and loved ones, yet will cry and play the victim the moment someone calls them out on it. Howard constantly jabbed at Raj, openly insults Sheldon, and takes shots at Penny once he gets over her. Bernadette takes shots at Penny and Amy, emasculates Howard, yet will break down if you bring up her behavior.

Do you know I love them all in their own way they are fabulous and the show would not be the same with anybody else I have to admit my favorite couple are not Bernadette and Howard not Leonard and penny and raj has no girlfriend so you know who it is in the beginning I did not like Amy she was obnoxious and abrasive then she became nice and crazy

There is also another moment I'd like to point out: in final season when Bernadette hides in children's house, Howard knows it and let's her stay there, cause he understands how hard it is to raise two kids under age of 3 and that she needs so peace and quiet.

He was the funniest character in TBBT. The creepy Howard was even better. People imagine his creepy character in real life and hate him but then lemme tell you all these Sheldon fans would have murdered him in real life after living with him for one day. Howard was the BEST character.

Howard actually was more ready to embrace adulthood before Sheldon. which is why the pranks he played on Sheldon were always deserved. Leonard and Raj were more willing to grow up, but Howard only needed the right woman who really loved him.

Are you kidding me? He was the worst male character. I hated him so much mostly because they sometimes made him act serious regarding how his dad left him and his mom, and other times they made him a total asshole to Raj, and Leonard.

While I love Jim Parsons as Sheldon, Simon Helberg is by far the best and most versatile and perfect for Howard. He really demonstrates a full range of character not to mention his impressions are beyond brilliant!
