Well I think a lot of Disney movies especially the classic animated ones. You see the messages in the films. Such as Snow White bringing up Jealousy Pinocchio talking about dreams Aladdin on things such as the grass looking greener on the other side and having parents trry to control their children and Lion King talking about Sibbling rivalry and Lion King also has a message of the grass looking greener on the other side too and learning from your past.

Chel and Tulio's scene from _The Road to El Dorado_ definitely should've been #1 I will never understand how the hell DreamWorks was able to get away with that. Speaking of DreamWorks movies with material more fit for adults, look no further than _Antz. _ It's got tons of swearing, an absolutely gory battle scene where a character is decapitated, and the villain's goal basically amounts to ethnic cleansing.

Breaking Bad spoof in Zootopia isnt really an adult joke, even Sesame Street has spoofed BB and other mature rated shows like The Sopranos! The Road to Eldorado had a scene with Chel and Tulio shouldve been number one! I remember seeing that movie back in high school, no wonder I was into DreamWorks Animation back in early 2000s!

I wouldn't know because I was one of the lucky ones born as a genius, but do children really not understand these jokes? I think everyone that was a child in the 90s could totally get them. It must just be the intellect decline taking affect. Millennials just aren't good parents I guess.

Obviously part of the Pied Presidents scene from Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs, more specifically where the stone head of Abraham Lincoln carved into Mt. Rushmore was hit, is a reference to his assassination by the hands of John Wilkes Booth.

My favourite is Gnomeo and Juliet, when a character runs on, dressed as a sunflower, and loudly proclaims Oh I do love going commando
I watched it as an adult and my immediate thought was. did you really just make a nudity joke? XD

reply

Oh, don't forget about when Baymax was about to point out the other area in the human body where hair grows on a male before Hiro interrupted him and we cut away to him putting Baymax's charging station in front of him to put into

I like TOY STORY, ROBOTS, FINDING NEMO, and CLOUDY WITH A CHANCE OF MEATBALLS.
I also love SHREK, ZOOTOPIA, RATATOUILLE, TOY STORY 2 and 3, FINDING DORY, and the honorable mentions of SOUL and HERCULES.

Having this that only adults notice is one of the many things that makes animated films so great! Because you know you can't expect everything in a mostly child oriented film to be child friendly.

In 'How to Train Your Dragon 2', there's actually a coming-out scene. It's the part where Gobber tells Hiccup, This is why I never married. Gobber than adds, This and one other reason.

#10 actually brings in a new question. Since this is in the Shrek universe, were the bears in puss in boots 2 the same bears that were captured in Shrek?

1: 44 jokes on you me having watched this in theatres with my dad, have noticed that as a kid; my childhood was already ruined before it even ended XD
reply

I guess Turning Red's adult humor didn't make it on this list since showing pads was too obvious to be exactly called subtle.

As someone with a disability I appreciate Pixars inclusion of characters with disabilities in the Finding Nemo franchise.

About number 9: In the German dub, these two even have the same voice actors as in the German dub of Breaking Bad: )

I'm never this early to the videos xD
I'm glad I wasn't the only one that picked up on all these jokes lol

Speaking of Farquaad. His name is an adult joke in itself. It literally is supposed to sound like Fckwhat
