It was year 2001. I, in an exhubition, happened to watch an instrumental kinda stage performance video with a long hair man & 8-10 girls one both sides by him in same dress humming a tune & moving back n forth (dancing. Its been 20 years i neither could forgot that song nor could I found. Still in search of that piece of music.

I graduated high school in 2002. I have to say music in fall of 2001 brings me back emotionally. I thought fall of 2001 was awesome with music. I remember when Shakiras laundry service CD came out. When her song whenever wherever came out. I was always dancing to that till I got the cd and my ears bled. Great times

Holy hell, it's so true what they say about time flying. These songs genuinely do not feel like they were nearly 21 years ago! I'm still listening to Incubus and others now. Scary stuff. I'm 40 in 2022 ) Horrible!

It's amazing how diverse the late 90s and early 2000s were and I liked almost every song. Nowadays everything just sounds sort of the same and not memorable. Can't say I like any song made currently.

It's nice collection. but a lot of this song wasn't released this year. For example: Dido - Thank You 1998, Linkin Park - Crawling 2000, Destinys Child - Emotion 2002 etc.

The song by Jennifer Lopez (I'm real Murder remix) was number 1 when 9/11 took place. That actually shocks and amazes me that it's been so long.

I would have never guessed the song is called Heaven is a Halfpipe.
I would have thought of a lot of different names.

#1 song when I was born was Lady Marmalade with Christina Aguilera, Pink, Mya, and Lil Kim. About 22 years ago this week.

Its so weird that Nelly Furtado's music changed so much once Timbaland got involved. Havent heard from her since 2006.

I'm so glad many kids from this generation are still listening to this music (I just hope it's unironically.

I loved the 90s but, day for day, 2001 remains the best year of my life. So many great memories here.
