Insert a nostalgic and generationally biased comment about how the 19XX’s or 20XX’s had the best music, and how everything else (especially if it’s modern) is garbage, here.
Every generation has incredible music, though depending on the popular music puppeteers, it may be harder to find, and personal taste is a major factor. I’m a bit 90’s biased myself, as that was my childhood, but I won’t totally turn away from anything deviating from my nostalgia.
If all you listen to is publicized Pop, you’re missing out on an immense catalogue of good tunes.

Being 22 years old in 1990 all I can say was Im so glad I got to spend the nineties in my twenties. The 90s only had a small recession that lasted till 1992, from there it was game on. Plenty of money was splashed around. Weed prices were good and there was plenty of good jobs up North. The oil boom was killing it in the nineties. 100 000 a year jobs in the patch were every where. Everyone had money and the music was awesome.

I always love your lists, especially since they encompass music from different countries (so I get introduced to songs I haven't heard yet, which is a definite plus. I do have to say this video made me a little sad. I was thinking of the singers that have since left, and then ending it with Zombie just made me wish for what we've lost.

Every generation has the right to have trash music, but today they could at least bring a variety of good songs in between. In the 90s was 95% good songs and 5% trash. Now its the opposite. And wrost: they got the nerve to call ''wap'' culture.
