Its sad that its only going to get worse, more abandoned and abused animals because of a flood of people coming into the country that have different cultural views on animals and dont have the same respect for animals that we do. We are already seeing the results in our shelters now.

I like watchin these to see the little buddies transformation, but i CANT STAND all the ones now with just absolutely WEEPING gals trying to tell the story just balling the whole time. Brutal to listen to. Annoying in fact. When did that start There was never 1 like that for YEARS. Then someone did it, now about half the animal rescue stuff i check out seems to be like that Anyone else with me or am i just a D! ck!

this is what i rescue. never been bitten. close, but shoot it isnt gonna kill me. animals that are injured can bite just cuz where u touch them it hurts. i cannot imagine being on the side of the road or in the trash and injured or sick. think about that. maybe more people would help the animals that end up like this. remember what goes around comes around.

I don't understand how this can happen in a modern and relatively wealthy country.
Americans need to sell off a good whack of their guns and raise some good money for the homeless and the unwell. Two or four legged.
However. The US does seem to have some of the most remarkable people saving these beautiful souls.

Glad she found a good home. I have a very bad opinion of people who do this to animals. On the other side of the coin, there are times when an owner can no longer take care of an animal. But, to just discard one is not right. Find it a home. Don't just leave it somewhere.

Bless you for saving this dog. Dog is GOD backwards. I wish that, the people who treat dogs like this, were treated like this by dogs. There humans just like us and don’t deserve this. So heart breaking.

Watching these vids with pit bulls I have completely
changed my mind about them. I don't think we are even allowed to buy/ sell them in NZ anymore, they have such a bad rep.

I love that dogs get rescued & adopted, but I really really REALLY wish pet owners understood that keeping their dogs obese is just another form of abuse.

Absolutely, when I was having a bad day I would stop, take a breath and imagine walking my dogs later that evening. They help so much.
