Hey Boho Beautiful, I really like your videos. You are helping me to stay balanced and focused. So thank you very much: )But I have to say that this one was a bit too heavy for beginners in my opinion. Some postures were really hart to do. It would be great if you could give more instructions for beginners. And could you please slow down the breathing? For me it's much too fast especially when it comes to the alternate nostrile part. Besides of that it was a really nice but physically demanding Yoga lesson. See you in the next videos. :)Best wishes- Maurice

I love your yoga videos I don't even know where to begin on how effective these videos have been for my physical, emotional, and mental health. Prior to watching, I never took yoga seriously, even after taking a yoga class for a semester, but after just a few weeks with Boho Beautiful, I noticed dramatic changes in my body and within myself. At this point, I've come to depend on these videos to help me begin my day and stay healthy, make good choices, and be mindful throughout the day. Its funny because looking at your perfect body and exotic travel lifestyle is actually making my anxiety much WORSE lol. In fact, watching your videos is almost painful for a poor, out-of-shape person like me. Its very difficult to quiet the bitter, envious voice in my head. Ill keep working on it though. I know it isnt healthy or constructive to think that way. I hope someday I can be strong and beautiful like you.

i once happened across a clip of a young lady, performing a routine in a deserted amphitheatre; i had seen fragments before, but she was so lithsome, i was impressed enough to begin practice by myself. i have ALWAYS stretched, and at length, concentrating upon legs and arms, but, except for running, warm ups, and judo, rarely using whole body motions (yoga, dance, tai chi. etc, and never poses. very nice video.

Thank you I cannot express how grateful I am and how much better I feel about myself afterward. I've been going through a lot within myself and I have been letting it affect my son and my depression has been crazy. I am going to download this video so I have it to do. Twice a day. Thank you for teaching us the breathing trick through your nose. That will deff help when you are in fight or flight mode.

Hi i just wanted to say that i had the worst day yesterday and i haven't done yoga in awhile but today i felt like i should for whatever reason and i cried through this entire video. Because of all the emotions i have i guess and it felt so good to do your poses and just cry and feel calm and listen to your soothing voice. i just want to say thank you and keep it up. Your amazing Namaste

Thank you for your video. I'm so appreciate it. I'm currently live in other country and pursue my doctor degree. I found myself really alone in this country. However since I've found your yoga video it really makes my released and enjoyable. I usually do yoga before bed and it really helps me forget all the stress and loneliness. You two are angles in this earth.

I have to say that it is great that people offer these videos for free BUT when it comes to having anxiety, this video misses the mark. I suffer from anxiety and downward bends while dealing with it DO NOT feel good and this video is full of them. You already feel spacy/dizzy and have trouble breathing, something with less forward bends makes way more sense.

your yoga is truly great. I've had some anxiety and depression lately and I was really hoping if I could get some positivity. This yoga gave me so much energy, I almost had tear in my eyes at the end lol. I just want to say thanks for uploading such great video and stay where you are. You are amazing and I just really love your videos. Thanks.

I cried through this entire video. i felt so anxious, stressed and depressed the last days and as if i wasn't even here and myself anymore - i was so scared that this would last forever. but after this video i felt so much better, that crying was like medicine, literally. thank you so much boho. gonna do this every day now xx
