This guided meditation is focused on healing that which is troubling your body or your mind today. May it be a physical injury, emotional heart ache, stress, anxiety or illness. Using the power of our mind and energy, this meditation will allow you to bring more healing and positive energy to attract and manifest healing from within. XO Remember. When you start your meditation practice its easy to not know what to expect or even to expect something from it like you might get from anything else you do in life. But meditation is not a doing, it is a being. It is a learning to find stillness and peace within the idea that the moment you are in, the moment you are experiencing right at that moment is enough. The trick is that our minds are not used to this way of thinking. Our modern day lives & culture tend to clutter our conscious thoughts with projections and stress towards the future and the past. Meditation helps us learn to let go. Meditation to me, and what I would like to share with you, is about bathing in the now. And finding peace with exactly who you are, where you are, and that all other chatter in your head can and eventually will be cleansed by the regular practice and training of momentary awareness. When you start your mind is not used to this. It will fight back and flare up with thoughts and wander and tell you its bored and you should stop. These are all normal experiences. Always. The trick is to breath it in when it happens, see it happening, and exhale it out only to reset your focus again. Its not a failure. Its just what happened. And in time will happen less and less as your focus and mind becomes more and more accustomed to quiet, peace, and stillness. More than anything in life, there is no result when you meditate. It is just acceptance. And you. There are so many great benefits to meditation once you truly learn to love the process and practice it daily. Through mediation you will slowly begin to achieve more patience in your every day life, how to appreciate the simple things, and how to find the space in your mind to spread more love and kindness into the world around you. Find a comfortable seated position, put some headphones on, relax, and allow yourself to let go and surrender into the now. Namaste. XO

I wanted to message you to thank you. From the bottom of my heart I thank you, I'm currently an inpatient In hospital, the ward I am on have just got wifi for patient access. I have been doing your meditations, they are the best. I find it really helpful, I've also been watching your other videos the yoga and the travel vlogs you are inspiring, and it's filling my day with positivity, it's making me want to recover to travel thank you. Some days can be really hard the wards quite chaotic but your videos are giving me that tranquility xx

I love your meditations. I use your morning meditations everyday and I am so grateful you have created these I only have one suggestion for feedback Whenever you say to breathe in. I feel I just start to breathe in when you are already saying to exhale and I feel myself panicking and rushing. Usually if I take a deep breath in it is for 4-5 seconds and then the same amount of time to exhale. Again, I love your meditations, yoga and fitness videos Thank you so much for being such a great inspiration

I was going through a lot and stumbled onto one of your yoga video and practicing started to shift things around for me, now I do the meditation video almost every day and it made such a huge difference I'm my daily life. I am not sure if you will even see this but I just want to let you know that your videos are amazing. I do one of your yoga and meditation videos every day. They have helped me so much with all the stress in my life. I think whats sets you apart from the rest of the videos on youtube, are all those lovely locations you film in. Keep up the good work

something strange happened this morning when I meditated to this. there were ripples of darkness then ripples of the green light, I felt the positive energy enter my body and negative energy leave. I have only been meditating for a short time but I think it is really starting to work for me thank you so much xx

Ive been watching and listening to this womans meditation videos and they have been the best thing ever. I struggled for years to meditate, but her videos her messages her words it is just so uplifting and insightful and powerful. I look forward to listening to these and watching her videos every day.

i love meditation with you. i cant stop doing it after i watch one video today i even had tears in my eyes listening of your words it really makes me better ive been always overthinking everything and analysing too much and practising it every day finally makes me calm thank you for this love it so much: )
