I LOVE this class My body really enjoyed the deep stretches, looking forward to other yin yoga classes. Love you guys so much, your videos make my day ahahJust one question, I was really comfortable with all those postures, and I am getting more and more flexible. But, I still can't do a full downward dog. Every time I try to get deeper by extending my legs I feel a real pain trough my hamstrings, I found them very sensible and they are the most sore part of my body. Is it normal to find a downward dog difficult and how can I make it better?

Hi Juliana, I just finished another Yin Yoga routine with you this morning. I'm enjoying the positive benefits it's bringing me both mentally and physically. I don't know if it's just me, but regular yoga feels a lot easier to do after I do Yin Yoga. Maybe Yin Yoga complements the strength that I lacked before? Anyways, thank you for introducing me into the world of Yin Yoga and working hard with all your amazing videos. I thought I should take time to write you another message of thanks.

2 months ago I started doing this exercise. I could not even touch my toes. Now I can get my palms under my feet. The only posture I still struggle with is bed of roses but it's mainly tension in my ankles due to many injuries. You have helped me regain my flexability and improved my quality of life. Thank you

I just started doing yoga regularly about 3 weeks ago. I'm 55 and pretty fit (or so I thought) until I started doing yoga. I have found several yoga-masters on youtube that I'm trying out, but you are by far my favorite. I love the variety. Thank you and keep doing what you're doing

I really like the slow paced class and stretches. The first one the first posture, the frog posture, is a little challenging, but I can always modify. My favorite one is the pigeon pose. Even though its not in the video, I really like the way that the pigeon pose affects my back pocket. LOL

Beautiful practice as always Thank you guys so much for bringing precious moments to my life I have a question - when I do the position bed of roses I have a quite strong pain on my ankles rather than the knees. is there any alternative to reduce the pain/tension on ankles?

I truly enjoyed this yoga session I've been very stressed lately (I'm a single working mom, and I'm moving to another place this weekend, arranging everything by myself) so I needed something like this to help me relax and calm down. Thank you so much Namaste

This is one of my favourite ones, but I practised it so many times that I would appreciate finding more yin yoga classes like this. Some poses I wish we could hold longer than 2 mins, so sometimes I skip the next pose prefering to stay in the current position.

i'm probably gonna get a lot of hassle for this but yoga leads to kundalini which is highly dangerous so i wouldn't recommend yoga to anyone, when anyone has troubles with it leave me a message here and i'll tell you how to stop once and for all.
