How To Do A Headstand For Beginners Headstand Tutorial

This is a quick video tutorial on how to do a proper supported headstand, Sirsasana. A broken down step-by-step guide to mastering your own headstand. Highly recommend you start with a wall behind you to give you more confidence in the beginning or even better have someone assist you with your balance. Be patient, stay strong, and challenge your body in a new way. Enjoy Juliana

I really like your videos and I love to see how much fun you to have: ) But I feel you forgot to mention an important part here: before placing your forearms, I always measure them (Hand to the opposite elbow, place the elbows in this distance on the ground and THEN put your hands together. I learned that this is one really important step: ) For the version 1 it really helped me to walk as far forward as possible so your back is already straight. It is easier to get up (especially for beginners)Thanks anyways, I like this new format and I am excited to get to learn more yoga poses

Thank you so much for your videos I'm a beginner in yoga but I try to do my best almost everyday thanks to you I can now realize how much my body changes (in better ahah: D. I also wanted to ask if you can do a video maybe one day with some exercises that we can do on our chair during school/work. The fact is I feel so bad some weeks because I canno't move from my chair during school or at home because I have to work. ;( This would help me so much you can't imagine: ') Thank you again for your support I send you a huge hug from France

PLEASE do more inversions flows Your yoga and pilates classes are how I work out every day - I've been using your videos and following you for over two years and going back to some of my favorites often, and now and I am finally getting stronger and more advanced with difficult postures. I would LOVE if you could do more advanced yoga videos that include more inversions and difficult postures. I have done the few advanced videos you have many times and am aching for more

How do you gain more control of your legs? I always flop forwards or backwards and I can hold myself up on my arms but its my legs that I can't get to balance? I'm not a beginner to yoga but i'm new to inversions, is my core just too weak? Any tips?

I learned a nice trick about this pose: before grasping your hands, you just grab your elbows, than you have the right distance between your elbows (makes a triangle) that when you grap your hands, it is easier to make the head stand

Juliana, I can't seem to be upside-down without my head feeling like it's going to explode. Is that normal? Will it get better over time? You videos have really helped me through a lot of troubles, you are an angel. Thank you
