Borneo, Malaysia was truly one of the most magnificent places we have visited so far on our travels. The most beautiful beaches, the kindest people, and the most beautiful hidden places where we could find some peace and silence. From Orangutans, to Sun Bears, to the cows sun bathing on the beach. Borneo is a little slice of heaven on Earth. Thank you for having us and allowing us into your hearts. Love

Great. You guys just made me tear up, specially that part when Juliana said it breaks my heart knowing that these beautiful creatures are being slaughtered somewhere else. I know exactly how that feels. My husband and I had a conversation 2 nights ago about how I would cry every time he tells me stories about how he would join hunting and cooking exotic animals when he was younger. I have been very close to animals from when I was very young and many times I would cry when I can see them hurting, or just thinking about what they have gone though at the end of their lives. To the farthest I can remember, I cried my heart out after finding out that what we had for a dinner one night was my friend dog named Bantay (means guard in Filipino. I cannot say he was my pet because he was my aunt's, or at least my aunt's husband use to feed him. It happened when I was really small, this was before pre-school (I started pre-school at 4. I'm just glad now that a large portion of Filipino population don't eat dogs anymore. Awareness is key. And I'm happy that people like you makes more and more others aware how life it self should be respected and nurtured.

mark and julianna, thankyou for all of your diaries and truthful observation. your vlogs are the most refreshing because of that. have you visited www. freewestpapua? .i am so glad you included this subject ( also plastic in ocean, because in a lot of places, palm oil is also a human rights disaster. i went to indonesia in '87, enjoyed it so much. but after learning about w. papua i decided never to go again so as not to give money to the gov. and it's human rights abuse. so it's been weird to see all these younger people diving into it with seemingly no care in the world. or clue. however, almost everyone ( people affluent enough to travel ). has been born under govs (u. s, u. k, aus. ) who ( from my understanding ) gov. s that use indonesia gov/military to do their human rights abuse dirty work for them. . therefore, i see that living in these bigger countries also contributes. unless. no matter where we are, we strive to live simply and kindly. i'm coming to the realization that its how we are to eachother in person, not ( to large extent anyway ) what country we travel to.

Loved those so much. Helps me to get ideas. That made me like you two in a different way. But seeing this video, I can now say I'm in Love with you guys This made me tear up, You made me think a little more. I now want to be part of your friends and follow you more then just on your work out journey but on your travel and learning one. I knew a little about the palm oil, but to see it, is different. I was actually on the no bags journey, now I want to join the refill my Tupperware journey. For those in quest, there are many store you can bring your containers and fill them at the store. What will happen to the animals after we destroy the rainforest. they will all be extinct. This is a sad age of extinction. Someday we will only see animals in books or zoos. It makes me want to cry too. And its not just the horrible slaughtering of animals for food that is abominable, but the slaughtering of them for trophies. I just imagine if the shoe was on the other foot, how would we feel if the animals mounted our heads on their walls. Its a discusting age and it seems not enough people care. Its like trying to bail water off the titanic, i just want to give up because its not working. Plastic is everywhere, you can't even buy anthing without it unless you want to pay four times the price. It should be the opposite. Thank you for these videos, i share them and direct all my clients at the gym to your workouts. Hoping they will stumble across the diaries as well. Love and light to you both.

For everyone who wants to avoid palm oil in any of your products and other nasties that hide in the things you buy (especially food and cosmetics, there are apps that you can scan the bar code with when going shopping that tell you what the impact would be on nature and your health. In Germany its called Code Check but I'm pretty sure there's an app like that for most western countries. I'm using this now for a while and it really opens your eyes towards ingredients that harm nature, animals and people's health. It even gives you information on the sustainability of the packaging. Best is obviously to try and avoid plastic completely whenever you can. Thanks for sharing these really important problems guys. There are still so many people who don't know about these things who care and want to make a difference.

Evolve past plastic hell yeah, i like that I agree, educating people to make aware consumers is step one. An unfortunate survival piece of human society is following the green, so make the green trail more sustainable. Our consumer demands will fuel what is being produced, thus advocates like you are a key step in transforming our consumerist habits to adapt and adjust to the world and our impacts on it. If the majority of people call for safer and greener alternatives, businesses will comply and wont take those destructive short cuts. I do think some of the changes to Earth might be inevitable and natural, and there is much to still be learned about all the variables happening in our ecosystem, but at the very least we can certainly take charge of things we know to be under our influence. Lets do it

I honestly believe human beings will continue to destroy the rain forests, the oceans, the eco systems and ultimately in the process destroy ourselves. We are severely at risk of irreversibly melting the ice caps and increasing sea level rises globally. Soon we won't have a habitable planet left to live on. We can make a difference now but how many people do you see who treat the planet, the animals and each other as One? Not many. Unfortunately some of our world leaders still deny the evidence of climate change and the effects of deforestation. It's sad but this is the kind of world we live in. :(This is why in the UK I vote GREEN PARTY: )

Hi. i just watched this last of your video diaries and i am so inspired by your words and lifestyle. if every man would see things with your eyes. if we could just show the world what is going on in the world, what is the greed and selfishness and money doing. I always wanted to change the world and i would like to help you, and i think you are doing much more than you think you are doing. you are just one in row and if we all, that share your thoughts, would say so and stand up for a change, for life. we could beat the world, and would be amazed with number of us. the power of positivity, spirit, peace, life, nature. :D Thank you

wonderful video guys and thank you for spreading the awareness about palm oil. it has been a major issue for some time and is just now getting attention, but you can see it is too late, and is horribly affecting all the living things that depend on the rain forest. LOVE YOUR VIDEOS and i am determined to get my damn splits. I started the split challenge 7 days ago. i was a past gymnast of 13 years and working on getting all that back. thank you for your videos and the peace of mind. namaste.
