hi guys I really love this practice and also love the last challenge Best yoga workout challenge Summer body in 2 weeks I did it those 2 weeks and still I include it in my practice some days. I want to buy one of your programs, but really want to know which one is accurate for what i am looking for, so please if you can give me some advice to choose one i will be very grateful. So, BOHO BEAUTIFUL COMPLETE PROGRAM the practice here is like this flow but longer? I am looking challenge myself: .but also BOHO BEAUTIFUL IN 10 DAYS have 28 Fitness and Yoga Classes, are these classes 45-60 min long? and are some of these classes the same as the first program? Please if any of you have bought these programs please share with me what you know: )Thanks

Hey Juliana I have been doing your yoga exercises for months now, I was really hoping if you could make some videos on balancing for beginners and intermediate level and advanced level. Like I know there are videos where you focus on balancing and strength and flexibility, however, I find it really hard (impossible) when you ask to put all your weight on the front leg and warrior three, whenever you're ready and I am never ready, whenever I let go off my hands, I am on the floor. I want that to improve and do all those balancing exercises perfectly. You are awesome, thanks.

I am in no way an intermediate in Yoga - far from it. BUT, ive wanted something that will cause me to break a sweat and challenge me a little more for a while now - this was most certainly it. But I also feel a strength and flexibility in my body I havent felt before. so thank you I truely love your videos xx

Loved this yoga class, really helped with my back pain. Ever since I started watching yoga a year ago it's really helping, I may be going to the weights a little bit, but yoga will forever remain my favorite form of exercise, I used to think it was for girls, I did stretches but nothing like this. YOGA POWER.

I am a very flexible person but for some reason I have the most trouble keeping my hips square during certain postures (ex: standing split & triangle pose. I may be what you call bow legged but I feel like there has to be a way I can train my hips to hold a different position. Any tips?
