Juliana, you're a wonderful instructor and example of how to live life beautifully, lovingly, peacefully, joyously and gracefully. Thank you. I have practised this particular yoga session for three mornings in a row now and have already experienced huge relief from the severe and sharp lower back, right hip and knee pain which set in about 18 months ago after breaking the head of the left tibia nearly 3 years ago. While I usually love your videos, this practice is NOT for sciatica relief. Any kind of cobra pose, or back extensions like the many included in this practice are agonizing for someone who is currently experiencing sciatica pain. I had to stop after 12 minutes because this routine hurt my back so much, and I'm not even having an extreme flare up. Perhaps this is better for upper pain discomfort, or sciatica prevention, but I wouldn't recommend anyone with a sciatica flare up to do any kind of back extension because it can do more harm than good.

While I usually love your videos, this practice is NOT for sciatica relief. Morning from Devon in the UK, thank you for this workout - having been a sciatica sufferer for the past 17 years (due to pregnancy, my recent yoga journey has been the only thing that has made a huge improvement to symptoms. Just wish I'd discovered the power of stretching and the importance of core strength years ago. and my advice to anyone who's pregnant is to make time for yoga every day. It will make a big difference. Happy travels Boho Beautiful, thanks again x

Thanks for your wonderful classes I never get bored and as a full time student with 2 Kids I always find those 10-30 minutes to practice one of your classes, no excuses. Often the kids join me and of course they like the videos with monkeys and elefants the most; )Are you planning a yoga class for neck, shoulder and upper back? It's the area which suffers most from sitting in front of a computer hours and hours: ) Thank you so much, best yoga, pilates and workout ever

The timing of this video was perfect for me. I was rear ended by a house moving truck as a teenager, and suffered with lower back pain for years. It doesn't often trouble me now, but every once in a while the old injury kicks in. It flared up three days ago and I've been in horrible pain. Did this video last night and it was such relief, and today is the best I've felt since it flared up. Thank you

This yoga routine really works. I am always amazed at how much relief I feel after doing it. I have chronic back pain and stiffness, and I this is very helpful to get rid of the constant pulling in the back and legs. I don't think this is meant for full out crisis when the back is shooting electrifying pain, but for everyday chronic pains (mostly caused by stiffness, it is a miracle.

Awesome class. I shared with a friend who is struggling with personal issues. How you speak about letting go. Being kind to yourself, releasing emotions that no longer serve you. Omgmgmggm this video was awesome. Had an awesome stretch on ma. Hips. Wowowow I love your hip. Muscle yogas. Never realized I was super tight thr. Loved the last stretch for my main hip. Muscle. I was like owwww shit hahaha. I was also wondering can u make a video on upper back and neck stiffness those are ma. Other main issues too
